Pros: The front staff were very professional and friendly when we checked in (we didn't realise that we were about an hour early, and they let us leave our bags there, and took them up to the room before we came back from the Mr Donut); when we came back to check in we were on our way to the room in less than two minutes. The staff were incredibly kind to my three kids: We have a five year old boy and two year old toddler twins who were pretty messy during breakfast (we were the ones that spilled milk almost every morning) and they were very kind and understanding, and were very friendly to my little monsters. The housekeeping staff always made up our bedroom every day, and I was amazed at how freshly the rooms were turned out every night we returned from spending time in Tokyo. When my wife asked for extra tissues and handsoap it was delivered to the room in literally about a minute, again rather amazing service.
Cons: There are about two or three rubbish collection areas (γγΏγΉγγΌγ·γ§γ³) between the hotel and the Family Mart at the intersection on your left as you leave the lobby: This is the first and only times that I have ever seen rats in Tokyo, and I saw them there almost every night scurrying from the residential apartments to the garbage still in the street: Made me want to vomit, especially as some nights it was warm enough that I was wearing shorts, and my toddler children were walking there. It may be a good idea to consult with the residents and find a way to pressure blast clean the streets and find a way to store the rubbish more effectively.

Pros: The hotel staff were excellent. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Heating was very good.
Cons: The hotel.ia a bit of a walk from the train station, not as close as it seemed when I booked. If I had to plan the holiday again, I would not book a hotel this far from Tokyo central, a 15 to 20 min train ride.

Pros: Very close to the train station and bus station. And many choices for restaurants to eat at.
Cons: The bed and pillows were quite hard to sleep on.

It was an awesome expirience. Thank you very much.
Pros: The staff provided professional services with great communication. Room was tidy and clean and the space was bigger than I thought. Breakfast was variety and very tasty. You could also find vending machines on Level 3 and 7. We found this hotel was super convenient, walk to the train and bus station only took us 3 minutes. This location was super convinient to transfer the airport shuttles from Kasai station. Nishi-Kasai to Kasai is only one station or by taxi it only cost us about $8 CAD. There are lots of restaurants, 7-11, Family Mart, Lawson and even Don Kihote is also walking distance. Next time if we go visit again, I will go back to this hotel. Highly recommend.

Cons: I takes 40 mins by metro to any tourist place in Tokyo
