Fantastic

Pros: Breakfast was fine. All we're prepared downstairs. The staff are very friendly and helpful.

Cons: There is not enough space for our luggage to open. It was ok for a 1 suitcase traveller.

Pros: Clean, and organised, good design/artwork. Good location.

Cons: Breakfast was more of a light snack

Perfect choice of hotel

Pros: The hotel was in the perfect location, the staff were very friendly and helpful The facilities were great , bonus of free breakfast in the mornings The room had a brilliant view and was clean and comfortable and very quiet I would recommend this hotel to everyone 10 out of ten

Pros: Good location. Close to subway station and Sensoji and many shopping streets. Rooms and bathrooms are small and compact. Right size for a single traveller with suitcase but would be very cramped for two people.

Cons: Pillows provided are filled with beans, uncomfortable, clumpy with the filling stuck together. Bedding is not very good quality, it is a scratchy material and leaves skin irritated. Covers also come off the blankets very easily.

Comfortable Hotel in great location.

Pros: We liked the location, close to shops & restaurants as well as tourist spots like Sensoji Temple & Tokyo Skytree. The free breakfast was a nice bonus, just coffee/tea/pastries. We left our luggage on our last day whilst we went out and you can lock it in the storeroom. The staff were helpful and polite. The rooms are small, but all hotel rooms are small in Tokyo.

Convenient to get places. Very small room, lucky it was just me!

Pros: So close to all the action. You could easily go out for a bit then back for a rest then out again. So convenient.

Cons: The bed was very hard and I have no idea what the pillows were made of but they were awful.

Great location - twin rooms a bit too tight

Pros: Better than average Tokyo hotel. Location at Asakusa is excellent - a real find. Rooms are tight - twin room especially tight. That's the nature of Tokyo though.

Convenient to all shops and transport. Easy check in and check out.

Pros: This is our second time staying here. Check-in was easy. The hotel is close to all shops, the temple and Ueno is a short taxi or bus ride away. The rooms are small but everything you need is there: hairdryer; toilet and shower; TV etc. We will stay again.

Cons: Breakfast was nothing to brag about but we didn’t mind as plenty of places are close by for food.

good value

Pros: i have stayed here 3 times now and have always had a great experience. staff are lovely, baggage storage is easy to use and helpful. location from trains is great as well. rooms are a manageable size and bathrooms are great.

Cons: had pre-organised with property to pay for early check in and when we arrived they didnt have a room ready.

Amazing hotel with great price

Pros: Great vibes, lovely room and nice amenities in the hotel. Pastries 6:30am onwards and coffee/water unlimited. The staff are very friendly and speak English. Also a very good spot near the station, 7/11 and Sensoji temple.

Cons: WiFi didn't seem to work in my room but it gave me an excuse to hangout in the lounge area
