Great but small

Pros: Clean, convenient, and helpful staff. The value for money is all you need.

Cons: The rooms were very small. We only stayed for a night before flying out, so for us it was fine but I think you’d struggle as a westerner to stay multiple nights

Excellent location for sightseeing and many restaurants close to hotel.

Pros: Great relocation and walkable to all major sights within 10 minutes of hotel. Very safe neighbourhood with great choice of local restaurants. Not too touristy! Staff very helpful and friendly.

Amazing hotel with nice view and location

Pros: My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The city view was great. Also the staff was super welcoming and helpful. They helped us transferring the luggage to another city.

A restful stay with exceptional areas to eat.

Pros: Excellent location for food, shopping and cultural sites.

Cons: There was nothing that I really didn't like about the property but if I had to be picky I would say the rooftop terrace would really benefit from having an area where you could get out of the weather so you can enjoy the view in all types of weather.

Nice hotel in convenient location

Pros: Great location close to restaurants, shops and the temple. Our room had a clear view of Sky tree and was very quiet. There is a roof terrace that you can take drinks up to. Breakfast is a menu of six choices, including western dishes but everything i has was good - the vegetable curry and rice was exceptional.

Fantastic value in an amazing location.

Pros: It was very close the Senso-Ji and had the most stunning views from the rooftop. The staff were incredibly helpful and I liked that reception was 24 hours. Access to transport was fantastic as bus stops right outside.

Cons: The laundry facilities were a bit expensive. I didn’t like that you couldn’t see out of the window in my room unless it was open, it had a privacy film on it that made me feel a bit claustrophobic.

Great hotel in an unbeatable Asakusa location

Pros: We had a very pleasant stay overall. The location is outstanding — one of the best in Asakusa — and the reception staff were friendly, helpful, and understanding l. The rooftop was also a lovely feature. The room was compact, which is expected in Tokyo, but comfortable.

Cons: The only minor issue was with housekeeping. Towels were not always fully replenished, and cleaning (floor, sheets, and pajamas) was less frequent than we expected. This may be the hotel’s policy, but we experienced more consistent housekeeping at other places during our trip. Overall, it is a very good hotel, and we would still recommend it.
