Great Location in Asakusa

Pros: The hotel has a great location with many restaurants nearby. If you’re planning to take the airport limousine bus, the bus stop is conveniently located just across the hotel.

Cons: The hotel is currently under renovation, so there can be strong paint smells at times and some daytime noise. Guests who are sensitive to smells or noise may want to take this into consideration.

Pros: Great location, close to the metro station and the Senso-ji temple, with plenty of convenience stores nearby. The rooms were confortable and decently sized with plenty of good amenities.

Cons: Construction works were undergoing during my stay (late november '25) - the rooms were a bit dated so it is very positive that renovation works were being carried out.

Pros: The staff are really helpful. Hotel near the convenient store and sensoji temple which really great.

Exceeded my expectations

Pros: The location is definitely what sells this hotel! There's a 711 beside it and a lawson a further back, so many walkable subways and shops nearby, and super close to all the tourist attractions in Asakusa. This is by far one of the favourite hotels I've stayed in during my visit in Japan. The staff are all extremely lovely and helpful. They helped us with laundry, locations, and shipping our luggages to the next hotel. I booked a twin room for me and my partner and the room was bigger than I expected. The beds are comfortable and I slept like a baby! I'd definitely go back again and book this hotel.

Cons: There's nothing in particular that I did not like, but if I can think of one, and this is not a criticism by any means, if you are looking for a cheaper option to do your laundry, you'd be best going into a self-service laundromat instead as the laundry service in the hotel is quite pricey. They wash and iron the clothes for you, but I'd suggest to do your laundry elsewhere if you want to go cheap.

Location is wonderful and room is comfortable enough for a few nights stay.

Pros: Despite the construction that was happening on some of the floors, my stay remained comfortable. Staff was wonderful and attentive . I stayed during the NY’s holiday and the room rate was still fairly reasonable.

Cons: Layout of the room is a little unusual. It was a bit hard to manoeuvre around luggages within the tight space.

Pros: The hotel in general is clean and smells good. The location is superb, near to konbi, don quiote, shopping area and tourist spots. It is also just across the stop for limousine bus which made it convenient for us to travel to the airport. The staff are very friendly, accomodating and helpful.

Cons: Like in most hotels in tokyo, the room is small

Pros: Great stay at Hotel Keihan Asakusa. Excellent location with easy access to Tokyo’s attractions, including Tokyo Tower. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Would happily stay again.

Pros: The hotel is a bit far from the station (unless you take Tsukuba express line), but it’s right next to central Asakusa and super close to multiple supermarkets, shops and restaurants.

Cons: The laundromat was the most expensive during your Japan trip and yet they smell like they haven’t been cleaned in years. Our laundry absolutely stunk after coming out of the dryers we had to wash them again at the next hotel.

Pros: Clean rooms, very good service and excellent location.

Convenient location, clean, would recommend.

Pros: Perfect location, away from the chaos of Tokyo but multiple connections to subways to all the main spots. Clean, convenient felt safe as a solo female traveller. would definitely stay here again next time I visit Tokyo. Thank you to the staff for the free upgrade on my room that was an added bonus too!
