Excellent stay in Asakusa

Pros: Really nice view, close to Asakusa main areas of interest, large room, very clean. Breakfast was also great with a varied choice.

Pros: Great location, very clean. The view from the room is wonderful!!

Cons: The air conditioner system in the room is not easy to adjust the temperature. So we feel a bit too hot a little bit uncomfortable.

View of the hotel was good, room was spacious as well.

Pros: It was alittle far from the train to Narita Airport. Got to walk abt 15 mins to reach Asakusa Metro station

Cons: Day of checking-in, the counter staff wasn't that friendly and showed attitude. Have to ask another counter staff to assist instead.

It’s on the pricey side but worth the stay for the view & comfort. Would love to stay here again

Pros: Proximity to places we wanted to visit. The airport limo drop on/off at the hotel was also a great bonus

Great hotel - wonderful staff and excellent location.

Pros: Brilliant room with a wonderful surprise when we arrived - opened the curtains to reveal the sun setting over Mount Fuji in the distance - stunning! The room itself was big by Japanese standards with a chaise lounge in the bay window. Excellent number of amenities' and 2 free bottles of water each day. Great location - 2 minute walk from Asakusa (Ginza line station), 4 minute walk from Sensō-ji temple (stunning at night), and an easy 20 minute walk to the Sky Tree. Very lovely staff, couldn't do enough to help. Great hotel - we would stay here again.
