Super Hotel Premier Akihabara

A great spot in Akihabara!

Pros: Great Hotel all around. Super friendly staff, great Spa and breakfast. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Very close to the subway, several food options in the area. Value for money!!

Pros: My second time staying at this hotel and again everything was perfect. Good room, nice breakfast, friendly staff at reception, very good amenities, good choice of pillows and absolutely loved the Onsen. Very good location as well. Will certainly stay here again if I come back to Tokyo.

Comfortable, clean and a good night rest

Pros: - Location (near metro and train) - Onsen: when I used it it was calm and clean - The room had SUPERB acoustic insulation, even though we are in the heart of the city and the hotel is fully booked, I couldn't hear my neighbours - The room had a nice view of the river and people walking to the metro station - The beds were very comfortable - The hotel had nice amenities, my hair was super soft and the hairdryer was from ReFa and super quiet! - The hotel smelled really nice and clean - Nice selection of teas and coffee - Nice balcony in the reception area - I liked the fact the onsen had a password for security reasons

Cons: - No possibility to do early check in, even though we had just travelled 20 hours and we were exhausted and jet lagged - On the last day, I wanted to do the luggage forwarding service and I had to ask for another guest's help to complete the form by myself. I know the receptionist was busy with so many luggage's to take care of, but I wish there was a paper with english instructions - The room was small and we had to do some tetris with the bags but this is expected in Tokyo

Pros: The location, and the free evening bar. The option to choose your own pillow from different types located at the front desk.

Cons: The rooms are pretty small, especially if you carry a few suitcases.

Awesome amenities, tiny room, lacking storage, slow elevator

Pros: Great staff, the onsen and amenities were awesome. The robot pet in the lobby was really cute. All very clean, great service and daily products, towels etc...

Cons: Room was very very compact with no space for storage (you can see it on the booking, but still, at least a drawer or small shelves would be good). Elevator wait time can be very very long. Single elevator for a 9 storeys hotel.

Pleasant stay in well located hotel with good service and facilities

Pros: Excellent location, just a short walk to Akihabara Station. Room was also well designed, small but with everything needed and within reach. The small public bath was really good after a full day’s walking. The open bar at night (free drinks) from 6-10 pm was a great way to end each night. Breakfast provided was very good quality if limited in variety but nonetheless good value.

Cons: It’s a small thing, but throughout my 6 days there, they were playing the same song- as the lyrics were in english perhaps it was just soothing background for the hotel staff. Although it was pleasant at first, after 6 days it burned itself right into my head and i cant get it out even now 2 weeks later.

Pros: The hotel is located at a quiet street and in close distance from the Akihabara station. The hotel has a small natural hot spring which also stays open during the night.

Cons: There is only one elevator. In the morning, it is better to take the stairs to avoid unnecessary waiting.

Pros: Perfect location 5m walk akihabara and 3m to akihabara metro

Cons: Too expensive from others room kind off small and only one lift some time u have to wait up to 15m to arive

Great location, facilities and service

Pros: Great location, good facilities and the staff even put our luggage in our room ready for when we arrived from the forwarding service. There were even different pillows available and toiletries you could choose from

In general it is a good place to stay, especially if location is important which was key factor for us

Pros: Great location next to a few metro lines, very convenient for exploring the city. Akihabara district is a very interesting place for those who is interested in anime. Not bad breakfast taking into account its price. There are European and Asian dishes. Rooms a quite small but clean, bed is comfortable, but unfortunately we didn’t find pillows that match us perfectly.

Cons: As others mentioned the is only one elevator. Since we stayed on 4th floor we were using stair most of the time. But you will need to spend 5-10 minutes waiting for available elevator if necessary.
