Pros: Amazing location in the middle of Akihabara. Station in 2 minutes walking distance. Our room was cleaned every day. Highly recommend!

Cons: I missed the makeup mirror from the bathroom.

Pros: It’s right next to the subway station in Akihabara which is VERY practical. The staff is nice and accommodating, the communication went smoothly! The rooms are large and well kept, I had an incredible view of Tokyo at the top floor. Also, I can’t stress enough how the massage chairs are a life saviour after days running around in Tokyo!! Will definitely recommend.

Pros: Welcoming staff, great breakfast, comfortable accommodations, great location for mobility.

Cons: I scheduled the cleaning of my room for 2 PM, but the staff started cleaning earlier than that. It was only a minor inconvenience, though.

If you need a place to shower and sleep at night, this hotel is solid value!

Pros: the value and location of the hotel is top notch. from having the JR station right there, lots of shops (internally connected to Muji and GU next door! access from hotel lobby on 6th floor), and plenty of other shopping in the same block! Also, having a massage chair IN the room? Perfect for after a day of lots of walking!

Cons: The laundry dryers didnt dry... so beware of that if you've got a late night and need laundry done. I added more time to my dry cycle twice, and still ended up using the hair dryer in my room to finish it. The rooms are also a little dated (the carpet is a bit worn), but a small matter, for the location and price.

Pros: Location is perfect! We had a pleasant stay. Staffs are very helpful and friendly.

Pros: Great location with a fantastic view of the city from the window. Room was small as they always are in Tokyo but this was a little bigger than usual so I was able to open the suitcase with no issues, bed was comfy and the toilet/shower facilities were very good. Happy with everything here!

Pros: Stayed here a few times but the bed and location and the massage chair is best.

Cons: For some reason my room felt smaller then others. L have stayed in.

Pros: Love the location, very close to the station. Service is good, reception staff can speak English. Very helpful, I had 2 reservations and a 2 nights trip to Yamanakako in between, they kept my luggages for free for 2 night while I went to Yamanakako. Great hotel and services.

Cons: The mattress was way too soft for me, so not too comfy for me. The massage chair was quite difficult to use, it keeps stopping after 30seconds. Not sure how to adjust the time, tried all the buttons and still couldn't do it. But my husband still loves it though.

This hotel is close to Akihabara station. Staff is helpful and can communicate in English.

Pros: I like the location of this hotel. Lots of restaurants and shopping nearby. The hotel also provides luggage forwarding service.

Cons: The economy double room is very small. We upgraded to superior twin upon our 2nd check in. Which is much more spacious.
