Great stop over place

Pros: Perfect location for being central to everything, Short walk to Tokyo station and other subways around.

Pros: Very nice room with Quick access to public transport.

Cons: The bed was a little bit on the small size in lengte, if you are 1.85cm your feetje will stick out.

Great hotel

Pros: Great location near subways & convenience stores. Room is clean & well equipt with toiletries, slipper, pyjamas, air purifier. Buffet breakfast is good, consists of western (bread, croissant, sausages, bacon, pancake, cornflakes etc) & japanese rice with condiments.

Cons: no laundry facility, room will be better if could be more brightly lighten up.

Pros: Everything. Quiet room and comfy bed. I would stay here again. Great value for money. Easy walk to station and metro. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean. Good breakfast.

A great stay ion Ginza :)

Pros: Great location, close to yummy food, Tokyo station and between 2 metros to get around to the rest of Tokyo easily

Cons: The toilet was clogged/had flushing issues, and required us to do a midnight room change - this was seamless and can't fault the staff on this, they were amazing and prompt. However, in the new room the tub/shower was wobbly and not attached to the floor/wall properly.

Pros: Quiet, good breakfast buffet, capable and efficient staff, comfortable, compact and practical room. Good value. We would come back and stay here again.

Satisfied and Enjoyable

Pros: Superb proactive service -> we stayed here for 7 days with gap in between to travel to Fuji. The day we're back for 2nd check-in, our luggages we kept from last check out were already sent to our new room. This is a very good and proactive service, instead of waiting for customers to check-in and need bring luggages our own. Location is good, walkable ~10 min to Tokyo station. Hotel and room are very clean and well-maintained.

Cons: Almost none tbh. But just one point that room could feel a bit small with a lot of luggages. That said, for Ginza location with this price range, this is fair and expected.
