Pros: Great location, clean room, comfy bed & powerful shower.

Great place to stay for few nights in Tokyo

Pros: The location close to the main station, and almost across the street from a 7-11

Pros: Very accessible. Close to major train stations, plenty of restaurant options.

Cons: Not a lot of room to open and close your case if staying a few days as wall hangers for coats only.

Fantastic value for a comfortable stay

Pros: I wanted to be in this specific area for a decent price and from that point, Koko hotel was excellent. Hotel was easy to find with its bright facade, there are plenty of conbini and eating options around the area. The check in process was quick and easy. The check out process was just dropping the card in a box so even easier. There are extra amenities station, vending machines, microwave and a small area you can eat located on the ground floor. The premium 12th floor was nicely done. There were various coffee and tea options always available with takeaway cups. The room was standard Japan size, enough for one person even space to open a suitcase. The facial amenities were Sekkisei range if you wanted to try them. There were shampoo, conditioner and body wash all separate from a brand called something Knoll. Both room and bathroom were clean. Everything I needed already came with the room.

Cons: The room is clean without doubt but I think due to ventilation/ drying issue the bathroom had a smell coming from the shower curtain. This was persistent and even with the ventilation fan turned on 24/7 it didn't really go away. This was the only down side of my stay.

Pros: Good location Basic amenities provided Easy access to ginza Easy to go to the hotel from Narita airport just take the ueno line and then take the g line. Get out at g10 station.

Cons: The pillows are too soft.

Pros: Location was ideal. Centrally located to public transport, department stores & major designer stores.

Cons: Nothing we didn't like. It's compatible to what they charge so no complaints at all.

Cons: Only two washing machines for the whole hotel, room pretty small, but cosy

Pros: Clean, new, comfortable. 15 minutes walk to Tokyo station. Close to shopping and eating areas.
