Happening little hotel in the heart of Ginza
Pros: The hotel has all the required amenities in a great location, without being over the top. The lobby vibe is upbeat with lots of guests moving about the space, and people coming in off the street to enjoy drinks at the bar. Easy access to trains. Convenience stores, Japanese and European restaurants are all within walking distance. This was our second stay with young adult children. We will definitely stay here again.
Cons: Breakfast was often fully booked out, making it difficult for hotel guests to eat in-house without booking prior.

Very nice and we're very likely to return
Pros: We loved the location, the super nice reception and bar team who all spoke English really well. We loved the little extra of lending bicycles and used them to ride to Tsukiji market one morning. The bikes were easy to use and adjust for kids and adults alike, great lock system so not a gimmick but really useable. We loved that there is a small sitting area on the G/F of the hotel and also the bar & bistro as not many of the well located non-5-star hotels in Tokyo have any space to hang out and have a drink or quick bite on the premises. Same for the onsen which is a nice feature. The hotel and rooms are in true Tokyo style not very spacious but the design is great, kinda funky and fun!
Cons: Only one thing really and that's easy enough to fix: There is very little space in the rooms so no shelving space apart from one small shelf in a corner that already had stuff on it like water kettle and slippers. The beds don't allow for any suitcases to go under which in Tokyo size rooms really would help a lot.. Also there are a total of 2 hooks to hang your clothes on and there would be quite a few corners of the room that would allow for more hooks, also in the bathroom (behind the door).

Very well located near several metro stations. Direct train from Haneda to Higashi Ginza metro and then just a few minut
Pros: Friendly staff Great location Very clean Small rooms but they’re well thought out - and it is Tokyo after all
Cons: Breakfast a bit limited

Most cost effective without coast of space or comfort in Ginza
Pros: Everything. Most cost effective with space in Ginza.
Cons: One little thing, I requested linen change but only new towels were given. Just need to double check.

A great room for a short stay and perfect location to explore Tokyo
Pros: Breakfast was really nice, easy to check in and out, held our luggage for us and a very good location.
Cons: Room is quite small so hard to open two suitcases, but was expected in Tokyo.

FANTASTIC.
Pros: The rooms were modern and clean. Included a microwave which we could use in the common areas which was a nice touch. The disposable amenities in the lift lobby were really really useful. The staff were super friendly and spoke english well. I accidentally left my watch when i was checking out and they were willing to ship my watch to my next hotel. They even co-ordinated with my next hotel to get the address etc. fantastic service by the staff.

Fantastic, modern and ideally located hotel with a bar for coffee/drinks.
Pros: Great position for transport options. Modern, comfortable and the bar staff were welcoming and accommodating.
Cons: If booking a double room, consider booking a twin instead, beds are together (and bigger).
