Lovely comfortable hotel

Pros: Breakfast was lovely. Good selection. Room was very comfortable especially the bed which was softer more like western comfort bed. Place was very clean and quiet. Shower had great pressure. Overall a lovely room. Very close to transport. 711 store across the road. Also a microwave one floor down for guests to use was a real bonus. Used the laundry, clean and easy to use.

Cons: This is not really a tourist hotel. It’s geared more to the business traveler so the staff weren’t very helpful around advice on tourist matters. Needed some change to use the washing machine and found the change machine in the lobby a bit difficult to work out. Got there in the end but the staff where just unhelpful

Perfect for a 2–3 night stay

Pros: Conveniently close to public transportation and centrally positioned in the Ginza shopping district, it’s ideal for first-time Tokyo visitors or enthusiastic shoppers.

Cons: The room felt a bit small.

Friendly and comfortable stay in a convenient location in Tokyo.

Pros: After many previous visits to Tokyo over fifteen years, this was the first time to stay in this hotel. It's in a good location for transport, food and some Ginza attractions. It's a short taxi ride from Tokyo Station and it would be possible to walk there in ten minutes or so. The check-in and check-out processes were by machine with the help of a friendly staff member if required. Any queries during our stay were answered easily. The room was comfortable. Wifi was efficient. We didn't use the breakfast room of the hotel.

Cons: Nothing in particular.
