Pros: Everything perfect, super clean, the deluxe room is very spacious and Ueno is a perfect place for visiting Tokyo

Pros: The laundry was very useful. The free tourist activities at the hotel were creative as in able to do a Kimono dress up and then take selfies in a Japanese style balcony. Breakfast had a lot of veriety

Pros: Quiet area of Ueno, bigger rooms and beds than the usual in the area .

Cons: Have to do a fair amount of walking to get to the main district of Ueno (15mins) where the action is.

Good location and very comfortable

Pros: Great location near public transport and some of touristic spots. Room was clean, they provide every day room cleaning if needed. We had a nice view from the widow. Also they have a luggage storage which is very convenient. Honestly recommend

Cons: Every time we entered our room it had a very specific smell at first, but after opening a window it was fine

Great solution for Ueno

Pros: Great hotel in Ueno. Perfect position for everything. Ueno is really nice. We enjoyed a lot staying here. Room was very good and staff great. We recommend this hotel.

Nice 3-start japanese hotel

Pros: I stayed here twice having a week between. And it was possible to leave my extra luggage here in the hotel for the week for a reasonable price. It helped a lot!

Cons: A bit far from the JR-station. About 8 years ago there was another breakfast here, and it was very good! Nowadays it is just good enough.

Fantastic stay.

Pros: Very friendly and hardworking staff. Room size was good for Tokyo. The rooms are always very clean here, Great location with the Ginza Line and Tsukuba Express nearby. Very silent area.

Cons: A couple of more laundry machines would have been great. The wifi stutters sometimes.
