Chilled and relaxing
Pros: I like that is quiet at night, very conveniently located, next to Yakult factory.15 mins walk to Aksakusa and Ueno. Staff were very nice and accommodating. I arrived in the morning and they kindly let me check in early without charge. I like the smoking balcony and the coffee also! Top

Brand-new Comfort Room
Pros: The hotel looks brand‑new. Excellent lighting throughout the room, which creates a welcoming atmosphere. Attentive and detailed design caters to guests’ needs. Overall, the hotel is described as a fresh, well‑lit, and guest‑focused stay.
Cons: Mirror in the room is too small. There’s no USB charging port for phones, which would have been a handy addition.

Pros: I love how the design and the furniture were intentionally thought through, everything was ergonomically useful. The style of the hotel gave a strong Japandi mood that was just helpful with the decompression from the busy city.
Cons: It would only be the window in my room, I opened it for fresh air but I could not close it afterwards. Also the operator that was organising my booking. Said the check -in is at 4pm and cannot be negotiable but as soon as I arrived the lovely receptionist told me that I can use my room. Good thing I came early either way.

Comfortable and great location!
Pros: The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was super clean and the hotel felt safe and was on a walking distance to Okachimachi and Ueno station.
Cons: It was very small, but that's what we signed up for. We've had bigger rooms in Tokyo for the same price so next time we would probably not come back here.

Lovely stay in a quiet area. Very well designed room with lots of amenities!
Pros: Cleanliness, functionality (space is limited - very normal in Tokyo but everything we need is available), amenities (laundry, tea, coffee, toiletries, small kitchen) , and location!
Cons: Nothing! Only remarks are: (1) the shower sometimes took some time to warm up. (2) the laundry time usage is quite limited (shouldn’t be used between 22-8 if I remember correctly) which can be quite tricky if you’re out the whole day

Clean, convenient, and well-designed—a brilliant place to spend a week in Tokyo.
Pros: The hotel is in a convenient location in a nice part of the city. It's a very easy 5-minute walk to the subway or slightly further for the JR train if you're heading out. There are also great places for coffee and food nearby. The room was neat, clean and designed efficiently for the space—it was the perfect size for us. There were places to hang our jackets and to keep our makeup/toiletries. The little bar fridge was handy, as we often bought snacks or breakfast from the nearby supermarket. The staff were always polite and helpful, and they helped us to forward our luggage to our next hotel. We will absolutely visit again next time we are in Tokyo.
