Pleasant hotel easily reached from Ueno station by taxi. 1.3 km ride an affordable ¥1,500 fare.

Pros: Good sized rooms. Generous with free amenities, drip coffee packs etc. Value for money. Nice pajamas.

Cons: Nothing.

Cosy, clean and comfortable hotel close to amenities

Pros: Close to markets and trains, we could walk a few blocks with luggage to Ueno station comfortably. Good to be on same side of town as Narita airport for the sky liner connection too on our departure.

Cons: Rooms are small but otherwise comfortable and clean.

Best location to visit Tokyo

Pros: The staff was very kind and friendly. The location is great! Close to everything and yet it is still not too busy or loud. Subway is located 2 minutes from the hotel. 20min walk from Senso-ji temple.

Pros: Very professional and helpful staff. The hotel is at a walking distance from Ueno and Asakusa, and if you like walking you can even reach Akihabara from there.

Pros: A 10-15min walk from the main JR station. Alot eateries closer to the station with a 24h Kamo Ramen. Staff were nice and accomodating as well. The design of the hotel was interesting with the corridor of the rooms being open air. The rooms are bigger than some of the other Tokyo hotels I have stayed in as well. All in all a good stay

I enjoyed my stay. The staff were super helpful.

Pros: I liked the layout of the twin single room. It was nice to have a couch. We used the side table as a bedside table, which was more practical. I liked the big windows had a nice view. The fridge and microwave were useful. I liked the smoking facility downstairs. It was good to have coffee, toothbrush etc. The location was great, close to stations and shopping.

Cons: The beds could have been more comfortable but were ok. Another pillow would have been nice. There was not a lot of room for large luggage.

Pros: The hotel is a bit farther from Ueno, but it's in a quiet location. The staff were kind, helpful, and spoke good English. The double room was smartly designed and modernly equipped. It even had a large bathtub, which is quite rare. I definitely recommend staying here!
