Pros: The Okura provides a level and consistency of service that is rarely seen elsewhere. The Onsen and gym are great. I didn't eat in the restaurants, because it is so close to Shimbashi - a great location.

Okura shows the best of everything in Japanese hospitality.

Pros: Almost everything. Magnificent buildings, spectacular rooms, choices of restaurants, lastly the best services from all staff. It was the best hotel I have experienced.

Cons: We had to use taxies a lot as it was the easiest way. They do not have shuttle bus service.

Highly recommended Hotel in Tokyo!

Pros: I enjoyed everything during our stay at Okura Tokyo. The staff is superkind, the facilities are amazing, breakfast is super class and you have different breakfast restaurant options even. The spa and gym are world-class for a hotel. Big recommendation for anybody visiting Tokyo.

Cons: Only small minus is location - you have to walk 7-10 mins to nearest subway. If you don't mind using taxi which comes to the hotel door that is not an issue. We didn't feel this was a problem.

Pros: everything, from service to facilities, upkeeping, restaurants, room comfort and feel, this hotel delivers at the highest standard, worth of the hotels in the city charging 3 times the price. They don’t cater for the 1st timer tourists, they cater for generations of japanese and the ones that may be interested to explore beyond the flashy international hotel chains …this will remain forever our favourite place to stay in Tokyo and a place we patiently way to return to every year… from the moment we enter the lobby there is a calming sensation that takes over and that makes the time stand still. Making this possible in such as vast city remains one of the big strengths of The Okura, with its unique signature service that so many have acknowledged before, it stays with you much after you have left, as THAT incredibly special experience that one must be worth of . If you want REAL japanese hospitality in Tokyo this brand is your best bet.

Wonderful, our favourite hotel in Tokyo.

Pros: Can’t fault this property. We have stayed 3 times. Staff are excellent and warm. So many great facilities. Room size is very generous for Tokyo and the views are absolutely breathtaking. We love this hotel.
