Luxurious base of calm within the chaos of Tokyo - Staff that provide absolutely the best service

Pros: Incredible staff that have entirely changed my perception of what good hospitality looks like. Food is of another level - breakfast is an all time best of best Outstanding decor and stunning views of tokyo tower. We attended to celebrate out recent engagement and the extra level of care was just fantastic

A beautiful place to stay to see Tokyo.

Pros: The location was convenient and very close to the Shibuya Station. The breakfast was a nice mix of western and Japanese cuisine and was good value for the variety of options available. The staff were incredible and so lovely, very helpful and recommended some great restaurants. Would definitely stay here again!

Pros: Incredible views, super friendly staff and amazing location!!!!

Cons: The beds were a bit hard but I’ve learned along my stay at all hotels in Japan they are all a bit harder than I’m used to in New Zealand so it’s definitely not an indigo thing just a Japan thing!! Not a complaint at all just observation😊, other than that an absolute 10/10 for EVERYTHING!!!

Pros: Fantastic location in the heart of Shibuya very close to the Shibuya Scramble crossing. We loved the decor which was modern and arty. Breakfast was great with a huge variety of options.

Cons: Rooms were small but well laid out and equipped.

Pros: Hotel is located in slightly away from the hustle and bustle of Shibuya but yet near enough. Clean and nicely designed room. It is good hotel for exploration in the city.

Pros: You can see Mt Fuji from the hotel. Staff were very attentive and responsive. They assisted with luggage bookings with Yamoto. The hotel is in a great location to the centre of shibuya and all it has to offer. Coffee shops on the ground floor and surrounding shops close to the base ment exit if the hotel. Would stay here again !

Excellent stay, 10/10 location, service and breakfast!

Pros: Excellent location! Couldn't get any better than Shibuya with plenty of great restaurants, bars and shops! It's also right in front of a Mega Don Quijote which is super convenient, and has plenty of convenient stores nearby. We were lucky to see Mount Fuji in the mornings which made it extra special. Breakfast included buffet and à la carte options (Japanese and Western) and all were excellent! Staff was very welcoming and helpful. Special thanks to the Breakfast team (Alvaro from Spain was very kind) and Front Desk team!

Cons: We went for dinner once - although there was only 3 tables, the cocktails took a long time to be served and the food was average. The waitress though was very good!
