Quiet neighborhood in busy Tokyo

Pros: The staff was very helpful! And the room -despite being on the ground floor next to the main elevator, it was very quiet and comfortable!

Cons: The refrigerator was working on such high settings that it turned into freezer eventually 😅 (when it comes to controls of it, I was trying to find but couldn't)

Great location, friendly staff, good prices

Pros: Great hotel! Everyone was extremely friendly. Lots of things were provided. I don’t know why some people say it’s far from the metro stations because in 10 min there were few of them! Quiet nice neighborhood but just 10 min away is a district center where you could get anything you want! Absolutely great location

Easy spot for a Tokyo stay

Pros: The room was decently sized and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful. The location is close to a number of Tokyo attractions.

Cons: It's a bit of a walk from the Ueno station if you have a lot of luggage.

Pros: It's close to metro station and the staff was very accommodating with our luggages and hours of return in the night.

Cons: There isn't a designated place for storing luggages and the rooms are extremely small, especially the bathroom. For 2 persons, it's very difficult with luggages in the room.

Pros: The hotel is small and tucked away in a residential neighborhood, but still close to Ueno Station, which is perfect for escaping the hustle and bustle of Tokyo and getting a good night's sleep. The room was perfect, just big enough for two adults. With a balcony to get some fresh air, it's fantastic. Some rooms have a view of Tokyo Tower. The neighborhood is very pleasant and very close to several temples to visit, from the smallest and most hidden to the largest and most crowded. There is something for everyone. The staff was very courteous and helpful.
