We really enjoyed our stay.

Pros: Very comfortable, staff were very friendly and helpful and even posted belongings we left behind to our next destination. The location is quite far from the city but subway station is not far away and bigger Ueno station was a manageable walk even with luggage. Being out of the city meant there were lots of smaller shops and cafes/restaurants, wish we had longer to explore locally!

Fabulous place for families to discover Tokyo

Pros: The location was fabulous, a short walk to the Main Street and temples, river walk and train stations. Enough room for 4 people, a dining table, balcony and it was very clean and quiet. Hiroyuki was a lovely man who was always waiting with a smile and a greeting (usually virtually but that was okay too). This was a great place to stay in Tokyo if you want somewhere a bit quieter with more room. The streets are impeccably clean and safe. The beds were comfortable and the water and snacks provided were very well received. We walked to Ueno station with luggage and it was easy to find our way to the Shinkansen (rather than changing trains in peak hour from a local station).

Cons: Nothing. We were really happy with everything, thank you.

Pros: Great location within walking distance to tamarawachi station. Hiro was very helpful with all our questions. Place is clean and laundry service available onsite.

Cons: I wish it was closer to train station.

Pros: Very friendly and helpful front desk man. Very easy to communicate with over the virtual screen. Was available at all times of the day. The accomodation is in a great location, very close to main area of Asakusa. Easy parking lot across the road for our hire car. Great facilities and amenities.

Mature Couples visit to Tokyo

Pros: Great location and fantastic host. Cute welcome cakes. Very clean place.

Cons: The towels are too small. The toilet space is very small. There is one tiny table in between the twin beds. Inadequate for two people for phones and books. Breakfast time is not very flexible. Confusing bins.

Spacious apartment with a large balcony in the urban jungle.

Pros: The apartment was spacious and well located. It was just a 10-minute walk to the train, which was convenient since it was away from the noisy traffic. The highlight was the balcony – after a full day of sightseeing, it was the perfect place to enjoy a drink of your choice and unwind in peace.
