Pros: We loved our stay at Dots Tokyo. Great location, easy walk to transport, lots to see and do, great room, great facilities and friendly staff.

Disappointed in the room but the friendliness of the staff made up for it.

Pros: Staff were amazing. Friendly and very helpful. Location. Short, easy walk to train station. Main train station (Ueno) is a 20mins walk from hotel.Taxis always available on the street. Plenty of places to eat around, good little coffee shop, just down the street. Local bakery was amazing. Supermarket (My basket) is a 5 min walk and has everything with friendly staff. Plenty of towels (6) Washing machine in room was a bonus.

Cons: The room configuration was not great. We were 3 adults with luggage and it was difficult to move around the room. One person was sleeping on a small couch, not a bed. Strange steps (zigzag)to get to small living space (where couch is) that we found quite precarious. Very small bathroom, even by japanese standards.

Great family stay in Tokyo

Pros: We love dots.!!! Great location, 10ish min walk to multiple subway stations in a lovely quiet area.

Cons: We loved it all. If you’re looking to stay somewhere near the nightlife this isn’t it though.

Pros: It’s really spacious considering how tiny most rooms in Japan are. Its very nice. The family loved it

Unique stay in a central spot

Pros: Such a cool place!! The room was unique, cozy, and surprisingly spacious. The space to relax away from the bed was rare in Tokyo. The staff is friendly and helpful. The location is great in the sense that it was between a lot of things so it was a good base for exploring.

Cons: Big luggage will be a struggle here - the small elevator opens to a tiny “hallway.” However this isn’t uncommon for Tokyo so just be prepared! Also the washing machine is not a combo dryer, so you’ll have to hang dry clothes. Other places had combo machines that were more convenient.

We really enjoyed our stay at dots. The loft space was unique and provided a lot of extra space compared to other hotels

Pros: The uniqueness of the rooms, and within walking distance to many attractions. Staff were incredibly friendly and spoke English which we appreciate so much!

Cons: The pillows were slightly uncomfortable but that didn’t matter after 20,000 steps a day as we slept well anyway!

Love our stay at Dots, such a great location

Pros: Loved the loft space. It made it easier to spread out. Also loved the view from the room as well as being able to open the windows to allow some fresh air into the room.

Cons: The stairs were a bit tricky at times

Pros: The bed layout. Staff good. Location and view of sky tree good. Quiet neighborhood.

Cons: slightly small with 4 people and 4 suitcases but we made it work.

Pros: Great location, access to laundry facilities in our room.

Cons: Small kitchen

Highly recommend Dots as a great place to stay.

Pros: Friendly staff and friendly neighbourhood, exceptionally clean.

Cons: Room a little small although very comfortable.
