Pros: Very friendly and helpful staff. Convenient store on the ground level , open 24/7. location is close to buses and metro connecting to the city centre

Clean, modern, comfortable accommodation in the quiet Toyosu area. Great value for Tokyo.

Pros: Clean and comfortable, great location for the fish markets, team labs planets and Toyosu onsen. Room size was good for Tokyo, great konbini directly underneath.

Cons: A little far to get to shinjuku/shibuya and not a lot to do in the immediate area, but we had a few plans near there, so it worked out ok.

Pros: The area is very nice and modern. The hotel was quiet and the breakfast options were very decent and healthy

Cons: The toilet seat is very loud and is very warm when you seat on it. I didn't like that

Pros: Clean tidy and spacious room for Tokyo, friendly staff, convenience store in the building and short walk to bus or train station. Great location to all major areas in Tokyo

Beautiful hotel, very new and affordable

Pros: Rooms are bigger compared to other hotels in Tokyo. Walking distance in Teamlabs and very near Disneyland and the iconic replica of the Liberty
