Perfect for us, could not be happier.

Pros: Easy to find, right next to the train station but you never hear any noise. Everything we needed in walking distance. Clean room with a lot of space.

Cons: The beds are very firm but I think that is common in Japan

stayed 5 nights with no complications :)

Pros: amenities were great, bed was comfy, provided clean towels daily even if you didn't want house keeping, super close to uguisudani station (yamanote line) which makes it SO convenient, also there's a smaller donki right by the station! space was a bit tight but for the price and location, it's so so so worth it. would come back again!

Stay is great and comfy and the staff are friendly and helpful. Staff speaks english too.

Pros: Location is great! 5 mins walk away from Uguisudani station and 7mins walk from Iriya station. Very near to Ueno major train station too. Easy access to many other places in Tokyo. Environment generally quiet and peaceful and I felt safe walking back at night. Lots of 24hrs eateries around too. Not to mention there is also a supermarket that makes it convenient for me to grab snacks, water and even souvenirs.

Cons: There is no lift at Uguisudani station, so carrying luggages up and down the stairs can require some strength. Then again, this is Japan and many places are also like this.Breakfast has a good variety and we enjoyed the food served. But would be nice if they can have more variety of fruits.

Has the necessities and offers good, central location!

Pros: Great location, only 5 minutes from the JR, combini and supermarked around the corner, reasonable walking distance to Ueno Park, Nippori station and Asakusa. Functional TV and aircondition, and the hotel had coin-based washing machines. It was also pretty quiet! The staff was friendly and always available. We did not opt for the breakfast.

Cons: The hotel is fine, but it doesn't have much personality, and the pajamas you can borrrow is made of very synthetic material. The standard rooms have most necessities, but they are small and don't really have space for two big suitcases. Bring your own PJ, and enjoy the place for the location :)

Our short stay in Tokyo.

Pros: The staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms were small but perfectly formed and we only came back to rest and sleep so it was perfect for what we were doing. There was a great variety of food at breakfast, and it was delicious and fresh. A great location helped our travels too.

Cons: Nope, nothing...we can't fault your facility and service.
