Pros: Breakfast was great. Location was good, although we had to take a bus and train to get onto the airport train line

Pros: The property is very clean, good size room for Tokyo,not that close to the Centre but that’s what I wanted..overall good experience!

Good location for Teamlab

Pros: Staff were very helpful and let us leave our luggage for a full day after check out.

Cons: Small issue but the light just inside the room doesn't go off for several minutes after you switch it on and there is no switch which left us playing Hunt the switch lol

Very Good

Pros: Its a nice hotel in tokyo Ariake, consider is far (30 to 40 min in metro or car) from the main streets, atractions and activities in Tokyo, they offered a free bus that takes you to the closes metro stations so thats a plus. Its good if you dont want to stay close to the main areas that are pack with people. It has a Lawson just 3 min walking distance and a big shopping center with a great super market.

Very clean but the mattress is too hard

Pros: The room was very clean, a lot of amenities in the building. There is a big department store a few minutes away, walking distance. The staff was helpful.

Cons: The mattress was VERY hard, so I had shoulder pain the first day. The amenities are on some floors, not all, so it can be a bit inconvenient. Not enough washing machines.

Great place to stay, staff all amazing. Recommend staying here.

Pros: Good combination of Western / Asian breakfast buffet to cater for most tastes. Rooms are a good size for Japanese Hotels. Location is great, as a little south of Tokyo located on one of the islands in the bay it is a lot less crowded but very easy and quick to get wherever you need to go via public transport. Very friendly and helpful staff.

Cons: Nothing really to report. It is our second stay in this Hotel and we came back because we enjoyed it so much the first time.

Pros: Good location is near to Tokyo center and train station. The room is spotless, however the room square is tiny and workable for less than 2 people.
