Pros: The food, the onsen, the ice lollies and ice cream after onsen, the late night free ramen hours was delicious and the view was outstanding for a good short stay away from shopping, and crowd.

Pros: The breakfast buffet, hot spring, and night view were fantastic.Although it’s a bit away from the city center, the location is close to the train station, so it’s convenient.

Pros: Breakfast buffet is phenomenal! Definitely worth paying for it when you book your room! Rooms are bigger than your typical Tokyo hotel room and beds are quite comfy. The hotel is very close to the train station. View of the Tokyo Bay is quite lovely and you are able to see Tokyo Tower in the public bath.

Cons: Location is a bit far from the rest of Tokyo so be prepared for longer travel times to more centrally located. No tattoos permitted in the public bath or pool.

Pros: Everything, it’s my favourite hotel in Japan, I go there at least twice a year. It’s just a little bit further away from the city center, but for me it’s synonymous of peace and quiet, so it’s a plus :)

Highly recommend, the staff were exceptionally helpful.

Pros: I stayed with my grandson for his first experience of Tokyo.. the location was magic, especially at night, with stunning views of the harbour. He loved the massage chairs, and the chocolates. I loved the bath, the views and the great location. As well as catching the train to the city, we were able to walk along the boardwalk to the shops, the museum, team Lab, and even the local soccer fields.

Cons: The beds were a bit small for a tall teenager, and we asked for extra pillows. The doonas were very comfy, but we found they were a bit too hot overnight..

Pros: Great location for Toyosu Market, TeaLabs and Odaiba Marine Park. Also handy to catching the Narita Airport Limousine from Toyosu Station. Beautiful views from the hotel and onsen. Staff friendly and helpful.

Wonderful hotel with breathtaking views!

Pros: - great view from the hotel room - breath-taking sunset views from the hotel spa - spacious wellness area including different baths and a sauna - very silent air conditioning system in the room - fantastic room service with very clean rooms - great little village closeby with many restaurants and the fish market

Cons: - small rooms, like in every hotel in Japan - the hotel is not in the city center meaning you must take a taxi/train wherever you go, but that‘s ok

Amazing hotel as always.

Pros: This is the third time we stayed at this hotel and it never dissappoint. This hotel is amazingly clean and peaceful. The view from rooftop outdoor is amazing with great ambient. The service of the staffs are exceptional especially Yuki Okawa who helps me with my lost passport. Although, in the end I couldnt find my passport, I really appreciate his willingness to help ! Please pass on my heartfelt gratitude to him again.
