Overall, we had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Will come back again.

Pros: Close to train station (Tawaramachi) and 7/11 store. Quiet location. Clean hotel with washing machine. Free laundry detergent.

Cons: Tea and coffee machine is downstair at the lobby. Some tea bags in the room would be nice. Lobby is bit tight and small. Breakfast is not included.

Lovely modern accommodation is great location.

Pros: Everything at the motel was very modern, very clean and neat, it had everything you needed for a very comfortable stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Our HOME away from home.

Pros: Location is near a GINZA metro, Kappabashi, and shopping area. Tawaramachi is not crowded with tourist like Sibuya and Shinjuku. The atmosphere is more local. Koko Hotel Residence is our home in Tokyo.

Wonderful family stay with great location and amenities - home in Tokyo!

Pros: The location was excellent, next to metro station Tawaramachi. The kitchenette and bathroom were well equipped. Very comfortable beds and lots of space compared to other Tokyo hotels. I especially loved that you can take as many towels, coffee, other amenities as you like - just pick it up! Overall wonderful place to stay as family with children - our children loved the projector where they could watch YouTube

Cons: Cleaning once every 3 days was a bit challenging- especially as a family of 4 we had lots of kitchen waste which starts to smell by the third day.

Pros: The space is good for family of 4, really spacious. The amenities were good. The konbini close by us good too. Location worked for us.

Pros: The location was great, 10 min walk to Asakusa centre

Cons: The security codes to get in and out during the daytime was hard to remember

Good value for money and great distance to metro subway

Pros: It was perfect for our 3 night stay. 2-3 mins walk to 7/11. 5min walk to the metro subway - this made a huge difference when walking in the cold! The self service tea bags, hot chocolate, and personal care items was convenient and always available. Staff were friendly and approachable. It was in temple area and near Senso-ji - but thankfully it was far enough away from all the tourist crowds and busy flow of people. It was a short walk to the main street, and we had great breakfast options from Yoshinoya (fast food chain, but very edible with eggs and bacon in the morning) We also used the forward luggage service option which was very convenient. The hotel staff were helpful in sending it to Osaka for us (note: this is a separate payment to use this service) The kitchenette in the room was extremely useful

Cons: Perhaps a drip tray to allow us to place clean dishes on.
