Pros: The location, the cafe work space and the comfortable bed and sofa.

Cons: The upper bedroom was ok to go back and forth but not in a hurry. But this is a minor complaint.

Cons: The bathroom smelled musty - like it needed a good clean with bleach.

Pros: location was amazing, the room fit out was also really well done, having the loft bed increased the amount of space. You can hear doors closing in the room at night, but not enough to be an issue.

Pros: The living space was really great. Enough to store luggage and have a place to hangout that is not your bed, and the views were actually so good. Staff was helpful and kind, and the area is quiet and chill, perfect for resting after a busy day in such a busy city.

Excellent Location! Nice Big Room

Pros: The location is super convenient (short walk to Otsuka Station), a few Family Marts, a 7-11, Starbucks, McDonalds, Super market and restaurants (all within walking distance).

Cons: The room as slightly dusty (saw the dust on top of the mini fridge). Have to keep bending down to avoid hitting our heads (I am 1.53m tall and I hit my head twice, because I did not bend down low enough - LOL). Lack of charging points on deck 1.

Pros: It was only a few mins walk from Otsuka station which made it super convenient. It was also a clean, modern apartment designed hotel which was fun and different.

Fun and comfy, we loved it!

Pros: We loved the location and the close proximity to the tram and train stations. The room was very fun and the beds were the comfiest I have ever had in Japan.

Cons: Whilst the loft is very cute and comfy for sleep, it is a touch too low for an average western human. I couldn't stand up at full height in the lounge area and my husband is even taller. We didn't hit our heads like other guests have reported but did spend the majority of our time in the room creeping around hunched over like little goblins, only able to stand at full height in the little hall or the bathroom.
