Restay Frontier (Adult Only)

Pros: Lovely hotel, rooms were very spacious, clean, the location is unbeateable, staff were lovely and price was very reasonable. I would absolutely stay here again.

Cons: Our internet in the room didn't work, but we just logged into other room's net as it's all the same password. Due to the nature of the hotel there were some nights with some slightly loud, intoxicated individuals, but nothing that would stop me staying again.

Pros: Perfect location,friendly staff,very quiet and clean, couldn't ask for more.

Great location directly at the Yamanote line, spacious rooms are outstanding value for money

Pros: Our second stay here. Awesome location close to the Yamanote subway station and a popular Onigiri restaurant. The rooms are spacious and all in all clean. You can use the laundry room free of charge, which was really great, with this hotel being the last stop on our journey. We were talking to three different staff members at the reception and while they were all polite, the younger woman was extremely helpful and friendly.

Cons: There were a lot of small flies in the bathroom... I think they came from the drain, which was not too pleasant of course, but luckily it wasn't a big issue either. One employee did not react to us standing in front of the reception, and since you can't see their faces (there is a curtain so everyone can be discrete), this was an awkward situation. However, it was resolved after half a minute when we started talking and he answered, so... all good in the end :).

Pros: Good location less 5 minutes walk to yamanoto line. Easy access to all of Tokyo's tourist areas. Big room.Good facilities.Many free toiletries in the room. Free coffee and tea.Comfortable bed.Good restaurants nearby. Every time they kept our bags until the next time we arrived at the hotel.

Cons: Check in at 18. But when we first arrived our room was ready at 1:00 pm.

Pleasant stay near the Yamanote Line

Pros: The hotel staff were very kind and accomodating at all time. They even keeped our luggage after check-out before we had to get our plane back home. We also had some issues with the washing machine and they kindly helped us set it.

Cons: Everything was fine. Maybe the duvet could have been a bit longer, since it was a bit tight for two, but it was warm enough.

Would highly recommend, comfortable and great amenities.

Pros: We loved the location of this his property, on the main train line, but a quieter stop. The room was really large too, especially for Japan. The amenities provided were great. Everything was really discreet too, we didn’t see any staff (although knew they were around). We stayed because we’d heard adult hotels were a bit more spacious, and this didn’t disappoint.

Cons: If I was to be really picky, the slippers provided were a bit too small and were difficult to wear. So would have been awesome to have larger sizes available to switch into. But that’s being really picky.

Happy to come back again

Pros: Space of the room is big compare to other hotels. There's a coffee machine that has many choices, Choco Drink and tea. The location is great, near station and close to restaurants, minimart, drug store and supermarket. This area is super nice, feel safe but not too crowd.

Cons: It's not comfortable in communication, every single word have to translate to Japanese language, even simple word like trash... But when we asked to empty the bin, they dump our shoe box that had an old shoe in it(it's not in a bin, but under the table). Lucky enough that they can give us back that shoe with a box

Pros: Quite a bit of a different place compared to most hotels as it's also a love hotel. Amazing location, just about right next to the nearby JR station which itself isn't very busy. The room is quite large for the money compared to other places in Tokyo. The bathroom is also very large and it's nice to have the toilet in it's own seperate room compared to other hotels where it's in the bathroom. Staff is friendly and will take your bags to your room for you if you decide to drop luggage off before check in.

Cons: Only real thing can be the check in time which isn't until 18:00, but it's not that hard to plan around plus sometimes you can check in early.

Gem for the cost in an amazing location

Pros: Absolutely everything. Very big, comfortable and clean room. Helpful staff. Amazing location. They even provided a 3 hour early check in.

Cons: If I had to be picky, the pillows could have been more comfortable.
