Nice simple room with great location
Pros: The location was amazing, a short walk from 4 different metro stations and lots more. The room was clean and good value for the price.
Cons: Just the room size which was very small for 2 people. I understand that is fairly standard for Tokyo and comes with the cheaper price 🙂

Good value for money
Pros: Good value for money. Hotel staff were super helpful!
Cons: The hotel needs to buy more irons, you could only get and iron for 1hr and they were not always available.

Pros: Clean room, room service was great, clear instructions, all of the needed amenities, nice view from the window, air conditioning. Overall, the room was great, everything was perfect with it.

Pros: Excellent budget friendly hotel, close to Hatchabori station, has self serve laundry option which is great.

Perfect location, nice building, clean rooms
Pros: Very good location, calm and quiet, very polite staff, clean, nice building. Many good restaurants and grocery shops (0/24) are within 5 minutes walk, some even within 2 minutes. Four metro station also within 5 minutes, Ginza, Tsukami within 10 minutes walking.
Cons: Very small rooms, early check out time (10.00), only one washing machine, one lift. The staff English knowledge is low. Breakfast is hardly avaiable, small restaurant, small selection, limited tiime. (9.00) But it is not a big problem, since you can buy good breakfast in the nearby.

Perfect location, polite helpful staff, very small rooms
Pros: Perfect location, lot of small grocery shops (7Eleven, Lawson etc), good restaurants, metro stations within 5 minutes walking distance, Tsukami, Ginza only 15 minutes! Cleanness, service, nice decoration, polite helpful staff
Cons: Rooms are very small, I would recommend to reserve one person one room, for two is very uncomfortable. They have only one washing machine, always busy. Most of the staff does not speak English properly, but they are very helpful. 10 o’clock check out time is too early, and they penalize late check out. (At least they threaten) . 11 o’ clock would be acceptable, as this is the international standard.

Pros: Great hotel for the good price, located in a walking distance to the Ginza and metro stations. The hotel has everything that you need, cosmetics, fridge, microwave and laundry room, fresh towels and yucata every day, kettle with green tea and coffee, tv, quick wifi, comfortable bed and toto washlet. The staff was very friendly and helpful, they kept for us our luggage for a few hours after check-out. Also, I really liked the space underneath the bed to keep the luggage, so we had enough space and that the air conditioning didn't blow directly on bed like in the other APA. I would definitely come back to this hotel.
