Very small room but reasonably comfortable.

Pros: Very ergonomic and efficient use of space, good location, good service. Very good wifi

Cons: Very tight space. The hotel has no restaurant, I had to collect bento boxes - good food but a bit uncomfortable to eat in the room

Pros: The staff was friendly and professional. The room and bathroom were clean. The location is good, but expect a 10-minute walk to the nearest subway station.

Cons: In general, the hotel felt very cramped. The rooms were very small. If you are uncomfortable with closed spaces or have claustrophobia, I would recommend that you reconsider staying here. Having to scan your room key each time you ride the elevator is also quite bothersome.

Quintessential APA experience in Tokyo, very well thought out layout, amazing staff.

Pros: You book an APA hotel because you want to experience it at least once. For how small it is, it is incredibly comfortable, cosy, and every little detail has been well thought out to maximise the comfort in such a small space! The staff were incredibly friendly, and held our bags for us (they even placed a towel under our bag so that it wouldn't get dirty!)
