Overall, a comfortable and convenient stay that worked well for our family.

Pros: The location is excellent — only a few minutes’ walk from Meguro Station and very close to Shibuya, which made getting around Tokyo really easy. The amenities downstairs were surprisingly good, especially the 24/7 drinks machine with Cola, Milkis, and other refreshing options. There’s also a currency exchange machine in the lobby. The exchange rate isn’t the best, but it was very convenient on our first night when we arrived late and needed a small amount of cash. Despite some of the negative reviews regarding room size and condition, we found the room perfectly adequate for a family. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the bathroom was modern with excellent water pressure from the shower.

Cons: Some of the wallpaper was a little old, but we didn’t experience any dampness like we had seen mentioned in other reviews. Do note that the entrance into the room is quite narrow, which made it tricky to get in with large suitcases. We had to open three suitcases in different areas — one by the bed, one in the passageway, and one in the bathroom — just to make everything fit

Cons: Beds were a little bit too hard - pretty standard for Japanese beds though

Great for the price, very nice staff, comfortable room!

Pros: Really great location with nearby pharmacy, supermarket, coffee shop and curry chain. Very close to Meguro Station. Room was clean and comfortable, with a big TV and very nice bathroom. Room was quiet except for hearing cleaners in the morning, but it was after 8:30am. Air-con was good with many settings. Kept it on majority of the time for air flow.

Cons: Bed was really hard and our room had a frosted window so there was no view at all and could not open windows. There were some questionable patches on the ceiling and near the air system which could have been mould but didn’t affect our stay.

Would love to stay here again

Close to station and great food!

Pros: Small compact room but had everything! Very close to station and loads of eating, supermarkets, everything! Facilities in hotel were good, coffee and tea and cold drinks in lobby. A little noise in club from below but it was over early.

A comfortable stay for a few nights.

Pros: The location was great. Close to meguro station and lots of places to eat. The bathroom facilities were great, with a powerful shower, hairdryer and even curling tongs.

Cons: Some of the decoration could do with touching up and my windows were frosted glass.

A great hotel in a wonderful suburb.

Pros: Friendly and welcoming staff. A terrific room, king bed and bathroom. Love the bath and shower wet room and shelving space near vanity. The location is perfect, only minutes to the station, restaurants and bars. This was a return trip for us and we would definitely love to stay here again in the future. I will be recommending this hotel to friends and family.

Cons: Some might find the bed quite firm but my husband and I found it comfortable.

Comfortable stay

Pros: Really comfortable hotel. Room was a pretty decent size for Tokyo, especially the bathroom which had a large modern shower area. Bed area had plugs so useful for charging phone. Hotel has the necessary amenities including an iron (as we were there for a wedding). Good location near Meguro station, Ebisu area restaurants and the wedding venue (Happoen).
