Fab

Pros: Location was fabulous, club lounge was a brilliant asset. Staff were amazing and helped with booking tickets, arranging luggage transfers etc.

We had a fabulous time in Tokyo and staying at the Westin made it so convenient.

Pros: The choice at Breakfast was really helpful for everyones preferences. The rooms were comfortable and I particulary appreciated the blackout curtains.

Cons: The noise from emergency services vehicles during the night was difficult to ignore. Otherwise the hotel was quiet.

Unexpectedly beautiful, a little pricey

Pros: The rooms were beautiful and spacious. (Rare for Tokyo!) The beds were so comfortable and the staff were lovely. It was fantastic to have a connecting room with our kids. (put in a request for this) Overall a beautiful stay. The photos and website do not do the hotel justice at all, it is far nicer in real life.

Cons: It is very expensive. The restaurants are especially expensive. The dinner buffet was not very good, a strange array of dishes without accompaniments. For example, roast beef with no vegetables or potatoes. Also, there is no pool which would be great in summer.

Pros: Tokyo Westin is always the same: classy and sophisticated! Wonderful place, excellent breakfast, friendly staff but the bed was a bit too soft

Pros: Everything meets our expectation. Price-wise was a bit high, but I can understand it's Tokyo.

Cons: For the price that I paid, breakfast should be offered.

Pros: A distância para a estação Ebisu (no mapa aparentemente longe, mas vencida facilmente com uma série de esteiras rolantes) é um fato muito positivo, pois a estação tem várias opções de alimentação. No bairro também opções de alimentação com walk-in. Joel Rebuchon (Chateau) em frente (reservar logo que planejar a viagem. Proximidade de Meguro e fácil deslocamento à Shibuiya, Shinjuku, Midtown, e mesmo a Tokyo Station. Local bem tranquilo, o que é bem interessante para Tokyo, poder aproveitar a agitação e também a calma da região.
