Very comfortable, with ould highly recommend

Pros: Very friendly staff, translator is a great help! Clean facilities, comfortable rooms and great room service .

Cons: Nothing. It was a great stay.

Amazing hotel in finance area conveniently close to Tokyo station!

Pros: Best service ever, the receptionists were amazing and had little translators to speak into. Helped us with directions and ordering taxi for the airport. Room was spacious and the bathroom facilities and utilities were beyond perfect. Bed was super comfortable too.

Cons: Hotel was walking distance from Tokyo Station which was very convenient although the area is sort of the finance area and very empty in terms of bars, restaurant, shops etc.

Pros: Room was generous size, bed very comfortable,and a good modern bath/ shower and wc. The in-room breakfast was western style and unexpectedly good. Location was also excellent and convenient for my working locations

Cons: For business trip, ⁰ a desk and chair would have been welcome, also ironing board not available and iron when requested was one of the portable ones. The cleaning regime seemed too much and wasteful in trrms of energy options, even if you refuse cleaning 2 x double plastic-wrapped packs of towels delivered outside your door, not very eco!

Pros: Очень уютный маленький отель. Завтрак приносят прямо в номер — это невероятно приятно и создаёт атмосферу домашнего комфорта. Номер удивил своей просторностью, особенно для центра Токио, где обычно всё очень компактно. Персонал внимательный и доброжелательный. В номере есть абсолютно всё, что нужно, особенно для девушек: фен, плойка, утюжок для волос, стайлер — редкость даже для крупных сетевых отелей. Поскольку отель небольшой и номеров мало, чувствуется, что сотрудники действительно стараются о каждом госте. Ещё один плюс — позднее выселение в 12:00. Не пришлось спешить утром и было достаточно времени спокойно собрать вещи.

Cons: В моём номере слегка ощущался запах сигарет — он оказался для курящих, хотя я заранее отмечала, что нужен номер для некурящих. К счастью, запах быстро выветрился за день, поэтому это не стало большой проблемой. Также вид из окна выходил на коммуникации, фактически вида не было совсем.

Great location, spacious room, and plenty of water.

Pros: Centralized location and a spacious room. They kept us stocked with water during the entirety of the week stay.

Pros: The staff was so kind and accommodating. They did everything they could to make sure we were happy. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. Super clean and had great amenities

Pros: Nos ha encantado! Practico y la habitación bastante grande. No habia comedor de desayuno pero lo traian a la habitación. Quizas un poco dependientes del aire acondicionado para ponerla a una temperatura comoda

Pros: ニックネームで予約したのですが、ほとんど干渉されない良さがありました。普通のアパートの一室のような部屋で、普段感覚がありました。アメニティも充実していました。

Cons: 土日は朝食を頼めないようでした。

Pros: Beaucoup d'équipements sont mis à disposition et ce n'est pas cher (micro-ondes, frigo, bains, savon). Il y a aussi un petit sachet pour femme qui est donné à l'accueil. La chambre est belle et bien disposée.
