Awesome and feel like home.

Pros: The distance to subway station is near and I like the token system if opted for every 3 days housekeeping. The breakfast is simple but it was just right for me.

Cons: Nothing I dislike about this hotel.

Pros: Easy check-in & check-out procedure. Close to Asagaya Metro station.

Cons: Close to fire station, could be noisy at night time. But I have no issue as I am a heavy sleeper.

A pleasant and safe stay away from home.

Pros: Everything from front reception staff, cleaners, restaurant staff, generous healthy breakfast and and facilities are all high quality. We have recommended Route Inn Asagaya to many friends and will always stay here whenever we visit Japan.

Cons: The only suggestion is the bed covers were too heavy for the summer weather. A lighter doona (Kake -Futon) would be better for summer climate. It would be satisfying to sleep with AC air controlled on low rather than high if the doona cover was lighter.

Quite satisfied

Pros: I usually don't sleep well at hotels, but I did in this one! The place was clean, the bed was comfortable, no strange smells, and no distractions. The location couldn't have been better. Everything wasn't overly fancy nor too cheap, it was just right. Same with breakfast. Great value.

Cons: The staff recommended I opt for compromised room services to get a free drink ticket, but I'm glad I didn't. I also didn't feel well-oriented when I checked in, although I was able to figure things out eventually. I didn't get a reply to a question I sent through the app before I arrived.

Useful location for city access, reasonably priced.

Pros: Located close to one of the main metro lines connecting to the central city, and a short walk to one of the main JR lines. Many restaurants and other amenities nearby. Hotel was clean and well maintained, though obviously a bit dated.

Cons: The room key fob was far longer than it needed to be - perhaps 15cm long! Very inconvenient for carrying around. Would prefer a modern key card system instead. Breakfast buffet was very mixed quality - the selection on the Saturday was better than Friday or Sunday. Pillow was not good.
