Pros: Great price and location. The staff was really nice and helpful. All you need to eat and snack, shop around the hotel + the hotel had a 24hours snacks for free. Simple but very clean and efficient room. The bed was really very stiff but that wasn't a problem for us.

Earthy and luxury

Pros: I stayed here as a solo traveler, and the room was the perfect size with a very comfortable bed. The location is excellent and convenient for exploring the area and heading into the main spots. The staff were friendly and provided amazing hospitality throughout my stay. Loved the bakery downstairs, which offered delicious breads and pastries. Free coffee, teas and beers and wines for small fee. Overall, a great hotel with comfortable earthy rooms and a welcoming atmosphere at a good price.

Cons: It would be helpful if the hotel could provide a QR code or brochure with recommendations for nearby restaurants and cafés. I discovered a lovely restaurant in the area that I wish I had known about earlier, and having local recommendations would make the experience even better.

Pros: Friendly fun,super comfortable and very convenient,super short walk to the sky tree Our room on the 9th floor had amazing views of the sky tree. Complimentary pastry selection,coffee tea refreshments is such an added bonus. 🩷

An excellent choice for city exploring!

Pros: Great location between the city and Narita airport, the staff were very welcoming and helpful. The rooms were small but comfortable and ideal for a few days in Tokyo. The views from rooftop at sunset were incredible and we particularly liked the communal area downstairs with 24 hour bread, teas and coffees.

Cons: Can’t think of anything.
