Pros: Very cozy space on a great location and with all amenities you could need.

Cons: The space to store/handle luggage was very very limited and the bathtub was very weirdly installed

Great and comfortable accommodation in an excellent locatio. Would stay again for sure!

Pros: great location, close to a train station and stores. simple and tidy apartment with comfortable futons. kitchenette was basic but functional and having laundry facilities was great.

Cons: plenty of beds but no real usable space for our family of 5 in the main room which made it quite cramped

Pros: Very helpful staff, the hotel is very close to the convenience stores and metro station. The hotel has a vine bar in the afternoons. All necessary amenities are available.

Cons: It gets quite cold in there but there are aircons/heaters. Bath could use a refresh and was in general not very convenient. Narrow corridors due to the building type.

Pros: Great location, 5 minute walk to subway stations with escalators, 7-11 and Familymart (one on each side of the street). Walking distance to Tokyo Skytree. The most spacious accommodation for our Japan trip. The smart floor plan offers privacy for 2 separate sleeping spaces, one double bed in the shared living area and two single bed in another room. Good water pressure. The lift was handy. Quiet. Washing machine with English labels. Four chairs and a table! Good water pressure, hot water. Tokyo guides in English, housekeeping instructions for guests in English. We arrived before 3pm and the gentleman we met spoke English and was very helpful. He offered to keep our luggage then they were moved to the apartment when we checked in later. Self checkin process was straightforward with lots of email communication beforehand. Good wi-fi.

Cons: The bathroom floor was damp after shower and stayed that way. There could be more hooks in the bathroom to hang towels and clothes. The double mattress on the floor was a bit too soft. Would have preferred it be on a bed frame. More reception presence would be great but not a deal breaker.

Small but well designed apartment, great location

Pros: Great location near subway, incredibly quiet and close to 7 eleven. Check-in was easy with the iPad, nice residential area with a few cafes and close to SkyTree food hall and shopping.

Stylish apartment in great location. Perfect for families.

Pros: Excellent value, narrow but large apartment for Japanese standards. Very contemporary, stylish and comfortable. Had everything we needed for our family of 5. Great location near Skytree and shops, transport.Staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Check in is very easy. Will definitely stay again and would highly recommend.
