Pros: I like the quiet location, though its just walking 5 mins bring you to Kodemmacho and Ningyocho, in which its a more authentic Japanese neighborhood and can find many eateries with reasonable price. Front desk was helpful to keep my luggage before check in. Thank you.
Cons: The bed and pillows are too hard, its good for health and not comfortable.

Good location and value for money.
Pros: It was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was ok. Close to the Tokyo station!
Cons: The room for me and a child smelled of cigarettes. We could not get rid of this smell.

Good breakfast and nice staff
Pros: The breakfast spread was great and it wasn't the same thing every day! Also the kitchen staff were very friendly and always said good morning, which made me feel welcome. The desk staff were very accommodating and check in services were easy to navigate with the English options. There was only one washing and drying machine in the lobby for laundry, but they have a good system in place to handle overlapping times. I also appreciated the amenities in the lobby. The shower had good water pressure, and the elevator made it easy to lug a big suitcase up and down.

Pros: Very good location and kind and friendly staff. Very clean room and a decent breakfast.
Cons: At breakfast there were not any spoons available. Once soup is served at breakfast it would be handy to provide some spoons too.

Another good Toyoko Inn branch
Pros: The room has everything I need (bed, ample space, table, mini ref, blower, electric kettle, bathroom with bathtub, heated toilet, hangers and drying line, pajamas, toiletries). There is an elevator. Breakfast has ample choices (croissants, rice, soup, noodles, different choices of meat, egg, fish, chicken). Lobby has water dispenser of hot and cold water, plus ice cube machine. It also feels quite safe, as the elevator requires the keycard. It is also walking distance to at least 2 metro/subway lines, which offer more options for transportation. More importantly, it is walking distance from the station connected to Narita Airport (Keisei line, without transfer required). For travellers with luggage, the nearest is A3, but exit A4 has elevator. In front of the hotel is an Aeon grocery store, and walking distance to a bigger OK supermarket. The neighborhood is also very clean and feels safe even when walking at midnight.
Cons: Cannot think of any.
