A pleasant stay with friendly staff and excellent location.

Pros: APA Hotel Ningyocho Ekikita was very clean and well maintained throughout my stay. The staff were friendly, polite, and always helpful, which made the experience pleasant from check-in to check-out. The location is extremely convenient, with easy access to public transport, nearby restaurants, and convenience stores, making it a great base for getting around Tokyo. Overall, a comfortable and reliable place to stay, and I would happily stay here again.

Cons: The hotel had limited coin laundry facilities, and the machines were frequently in use, so I had to use a nearby laundromat instead.

Great Location and Outstanding Staff

Pros: A classic APA hotel with an excellent location — several metro lines just a few minutes’ walk away. Akihabara and other attractions are within walking distance. The room was great, and the staff were outstanding.

Pros: Lovely super helpful staff, it was the first hotel we stayed in Japan and it made such a good first impact Great range of amenities, Very good location with loads of local shops and restaurants nearby and multiple metro stations

Cons: The rooms are very small. Which is mostly Japan as a country, and less the hotel. It was sometimes noisy at night and we could hear people coming and going outside when we were trying to sleep. Pretty thin walls and doors

Cons: room size could be a bit bigger, room layout made it a challenge to properly pack the luggage.

Small, clean and secure room with kind and friendly staff. Easy stay

Pros: Location was perfect. Few mins walk from the Ningyocho station. Small, but safe, clean and secure room. Staff were kind and happy to accomodate us leaving luggage with them prior to check in.

Cons: Bed was hard as a rock. Pillow was thin and uncomfortable.
