Would happily stay here again

Pros: Location to public transport and convenience stores while in a district that was not too noisy was fantastic. Three different train stations within a four minute walk. Everything was clean compact easy to get around restaurant on site if required had absolutely no difficulty in communicating with the staff.

Cons: Nothing that I didn’t like

Pros: I accidentally left some items in the hotel after checking out not the hotel staff kept them for me and I managed to collect them back safely. The staff were very helpful throughout the stay.

Highly recommended, fair price

Pros: The location is really good! Close to the metro and so many options which one to take. If you are up for a walk, the central station is also just 20 minutes walk.

Cons: The room was small but it’s not a deal breaker

Pros: I like the hotel - the location is very convenient. The rooms have enough space. I love yukatas.

Pros: All you can hope for considering the price. It’s a solid value proposition. Staff is very nice, very clean, accommodating.

Cons: No designated smoking area. No gym.

A comfortable stay!

Pros: The room was very clean and a comfortable size for Tokyo. Staff were extremely helpful, despite sometimes having a language barrier. You are given a free can of beer on arrival after your check in process. And luggage can be stored before and after your stay in the lobby's secure storage facility free of charge. The luxury shower head also stood out with great pressure every time.

Cons: The only downfall was the tv volume being capped at 30 and being unable to swivel the bracket so you could lay in bed the correct way to watch it. Apart from this minor detail, it was a great stay.

Beautiful hotel for the short-term stays

Pros: The location is beautiful! I choose this hotel every time I go to Japan. The room isn't spacious (for the Europeans) as most of the Japanese hotel rooms, but the bed is comfy and bathroom has all the amenities. As all of the APAs, this one is also a very clean hotel. I would recommend this hotel chain for short holiday trips or business trips like mine. The check-in and check-out is very fast and smooth.
