Pros: Keeping our room neat and clean. Near to train stations . Near to convenient stores.

Cons: No cafeteria in the hotel where we can sit and eat.

Pros: The location was great, the staff super friendly and polite, it has daily housekeeping, the rooms are clean and comfortable, and they are a bit bigger than the standard size in Japan.

Great value for money. Very close to the subway. Conveniently located

Pros: Proximity to the closest subway about 5 minutes walk with all the convenience shops around the hotel. Tokyo station is only a 20 minutes walk with plenty to explore on the way! Staff were really nice and welcoming. Came back for the second night on a different day and the luggage was already placed in the room. Pretty good service.

Cons: Nothing at all.

Great value for money.

Pros: Great reliable hot water, and friendly staff. Quiet and close to train station plus many local restaurants.

Cons: Only one pillow. Also no mugs, bowls or cutlery, this is usually standard. Wi-fi very slow when it worked but mostly unreliable.

Pros: My room was ready early so I was allowed to check in at 9 PM, which was very nice. Room was fine, for once it didn't smell stale like almost every other hotel I've been to in Japan. Staff is nice, location is ok although you need a bit of walking to get anywhere interesting other than a Yoshinoya.

Cons: Minor pet peeves but I wish the coffee in the lobby/reception was 24/7 or at least until 7 PM or something, and I wish eating was allowed there too, it'd be more convenient.

Nice hotel at a quiet location in Tokyo

Pros: The hotel was easy to find and the check in process was quick and easy. We like that the location is quiet but still in walkable distance from numerous shops and restaurants. It was also walking distance from the train station which was a lifesaver for us.

Cons: The room was a little small and was quite tight for a couple that had two big suitcases, but this didn't bother us too much as we were mostly back at night and would only use the hotel for sleeping. The walls were very thin and the neighbours were quite loud at night which was another negative but again nothing too big of a deal for us as we were usually exhausted and still managed to sleep through it.

Hotel with a great location in the Tokyo center

Pros: A nice hotel in the centre of Tokyo. It has good location, the hotel staff was very nice to us and welcomed us, they also speak english very well. They even let us leave our luggage in the hotel loby after we checked out (until we waited for our train). The rooms were clean and nice and comfortable :)

Cons: The rooms were a bit small, but still ok I guess
