Dash Living Shinjuku

One of my favorite selection for my business trip, great location, all necessary facility surrounded

Pros: Good coffee shop at the front of the building, and a convenience store nearby, perfect.

Cons: Everything is good.

Pros: Was ok but abit pricey , location near to trains , mart etc etc

Pros: Large room (for single occupancy), well equiped apartment. Loved the location. It was quiet but maybe because I didn't have neighbours??The hosts are good communicators, prompt with their replies. It was a little pricier than I would have normally booked. However I booked it under 24hrs of checking in, as I had a change of my original plan. A very pleasant, clean apartment.

Cons: I have certain dietary requirements and would have appreciated to have a toaster in the kitchinette. Otherwise a very pleasant, clean apartment.

Solo stay slay!

Pros: I cant say enough positive about this place. Amazing location! Particularly if youre interested in the weekend nightlife of 2Chome! Excellent customer service. I never met any staff but still felt supported with such clear help and explanation of how everything worked. Not huge but great value for space in tokyo. More than enough really! Clean and fresh design that provided all the amenities! If I return to Tokyo which I really hope I will, I wouldn't even need to look into other accommodation and definitely be back! Thanks Dash x

Cons: I got a little confused checking in, but thats mostly on me. Read all the confirmation emails they send. You have all the information, and they are very clear.

Great location

Pros: Great location, 3 minutes from the station. Very quick and easy to get around the city. Situated close to parks and you could easily walk to Shinjuku main metro station. Lawson convenience store and coffee shop just beneath the apartment as well as many family mart and 7 eleven’s close by

Cons: Toilet room has limited space if you are taller than average

Ideal for its price point

Pros: The location was perfect. Bed was very comfortable and there was a good use of the space with just enough furniture. Minimalistic but had all that we needed.

Cons: No tea towel for dishes.

A well priced, comfortable stay.

Pros: The apartment was perfectly situated in Shinjuku. It is well equipped and comfortable. The area is generally quiet and there are enough restaurants and convenience stores nearby to provide for your needs.

Cons: Nothing, really.

Pros: spacious for a solo stay, everything was clean and comfortable, good value for money

Convenient in many ways

Pros: The bathroom can be turned into a dryer with the ceiling fan system. The fact they have a washing machine is great especially toward the end of a long trip overseas. The location is perfect. 1min walking from a shrine 2 min walking from metro/ gay bars & restaurants Less than 8min away from Shinjuku busy streets. Quiet street, next to a cafe and Lawson convenience store. Great size for a unit in japan Has Kitchenette Has Good wardrobe space Easy self-check in/out

Cons: I would add two extra bed pillows as we use two each but not a big deal. The mattress is leaning towards the soft side - which is not our preference but not a big deal. Nothing bad I’d use again

Great location that's close to lots of great food and tons of transport.

Pros: The location was incredibly convenient and I do think it was a great value for the money. Everything was clean, there were lots of clear instructions available in multiple languages. And the staff (who I only interacted with via email) was prompt to reply and incredibly helpful. A great place for a stay less than 1 week I think.

Cons: General dislike: There were only two sets of towels, so that meant we only had one towel for the kitchen sink and one towel for the bathroom (along with our bath towels) but there were definitely times when I wanted another towel on hand. Also the bathroom dryer worked well but the space to hang the clothes was very very small and it would have benefitted from some kind of clip hanger to hang up small things like socks. Also there was no dresser space, only the closet to hang clothes. This probably isn't a problem if you're staying for less than a week but our stay was for 12 days and it's a small space so not being able to unpack our suitcases was frustrating, but I don't know where they could have fit a dresser anyway. Overall would absolutely recommend especially if you will be staying for a week or less. Very manageable and a great price.
