Pros: I loved the breakfast, especially the days were we had sausage instead of yakisoba; although both were delicious.

The perfect location and amenities!

Pros: The breakfast spread was amazing! Loved the options and loved the LG Styler in the rooms! Great location, very close to 7-11, Lawson and station.

Comfortable and quiet hotel stay

Pros: - Very comfortable hotel, room had all the amenities and was quiet for sleeping. Room was decently sized too and didn’t feel cramped - No staff (just robots) but this all worked fine for us with automated check in - Location was good, opposite metro, 20min walk to Tokyo station, and convenience stores and nice cafe nearby - Complimentary drinks and snacks in the afternoon

Cons: - Breakfast fairly basic (although the prepacked pastries were nice) and the breakfast room is tiny and cramped so we had to take and eat in our room as no space

Pros: Breakfast was good, it's a small area to eat in. But they have the option for takeaway or to your room

Cons: The pillows were uncomfortable by western standard but standard for most Japanese accommodation

Clean, convenient great area

Pros: Great location GInza amazing to wonder around. Super clean beds very hard but they are fine…lovely breakie and avo evening treats in dining area everything you need. Easy access to Tokyo station about 15min walk and a really well stocked convenience store right next door lover our stay

Simple & decent hotel for a short stay

Pros: Free breakfast (although simple) and free drinks (coffee, tea and juices) the whole day. Many minimarts nearby, so it’s very convenient if u want to grab light snacks or sandwiches

Cons: The LG styler has taken up the room space & i think it’s not really useful for leisure travelers like us (as it’s meant for people on business or official trip)
