Amazing

Pros: The room were clean, very comfortable, and the host was amazing. Host went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Tokyo.

Cons: Enough space to put a washing machine.

Pros: The location is convenient and the place is good for a family of 4/5 pax. The place is specious and sparkling clean. It has basic items like an oven mini fridge and Water heating which takes care of quick reheating and storing needs. Lawsons store is just the road cross. There is a person at reception during working hours for any issues or suggestions we have. Over all a good place. 😀

Cons: Not much to complain about. Maybe a washing machine would have been helpful as we had a stay of a week. Else wise very good and convenient place.

Pros: En general creo que Japón ha subido mucho sus precios... El año pasado fui y me pareció más barato los alojamientos... Pero el lugar está muy bien y me agrado mucho!

Cons: Al principio fue difícil entender como funciona la chapa para entrar... Pero alguien que trabaja ahí .. Me ayudó!!! Y todo excelente!!!

Good bang for your buck.

Pros: Good location, short walk from stations and the fancy shopping district. Lots of space and comfy beds.

Cons: The bathroom smelled a bit funky so we purchased deodorizing spray from Lawson’s to kill the funk.

家族でワイワイ過ごせて楽しかったです。

Pros: きれいで広々としていて、子ども達がいても過ごしやすかったです。目の前にコンビニがあるのも便利だし、ワンフロアに1部屋だけなので、隣を気にする必要がなく過ごせました。

Cons: ヘアアイロンのコンセントが、海外仕様で使用できず少し残念でした。くしがあれば助かりました。

安くて、口コミ情報には不安な内容も多かったが、宿泊した部屋は綺麗で広く満足できた

Pros: 駅から近く、銀座や豊洲方面への観光アクセスが良かった。また、家族5人での宿泊だったが部屋も広くゆったり過ごせた。目の前にはコンビニがあったので、朝食や飲み物など必要な買い出しがすぐにできた。

Cons: 5人で宿泊すると登録していたがタオルの枚数が少なく（バスタオル2枚、小タオル2枚）古かった

First trip to Japan

Pros: Monoka Hotel Ginza was a great size and neat and tidy. It had a bath for our son which was great and a little space to have tea or your breakfast. It had a convenience store just across the road which was handy. Staff when contacted got back to us fairly quickly and handled situations well. Well priced.

Cons: It was a little too far away from everything for us. You had to walk a fair way for breakfast, lunch or dinner which was a shame. The desk at the hotel was never staffed when we were coming or going so was unable to ask questions. We had to contact them through Booking.com. Check in process after travelling for over 20 hours can be confusing. But we managed to access the room after a little while.
