Pros: The hotel was very convenient, good location, clean, staff was helpful. It had a nice common area.

Cons: I can confirm other people’s reviews about the hissing sound in the room which was disrupting so earplugs were necessary for me.

Worth it for the price

Pros: The hotel was in front of a bus stop so it was easy to commute using the bus. It has a laundry area (for a fee), vending machine, microwave to heat up food, and water station at the 3f. There was also free drinks (coffee, matcha, tea) at the 2f. Staff were nice and accommodating. We liked the beds and sheets. Room was clean and functional. It was very affordable and good value for what we paid for.

Cons: Room was too tiny even for the 3 bedroom one. If you want some space, this is not the hotel for you. They also clean every 2 days only, but they can change towels everyday.

Pros: Receptionist very helpful. Convenient for laundry, water machine and free drinks from 10am to 10pm

Pros: The staff members were really friendly and helpful. The hotel was very clean and had good amenities.

Cons: The location was quite far from a train station.

Pros: I like the position and the staff. My room was very clean and I appreciate the smart tv that shows you all the information about the hotel and its services.

Cons: I didn't like the constant noise from the air conditioner, even when it was turned off.

Pros: It was my first time booking a hotel with no reviews but I'm happy that it's super nice and the staff is really kind and helpful. The hotel looks exactly like on the pictures and the bus to tokyo station is right in front of the hotel. Since it's very new, it's very clean! The washing machine was the best I ever had in Japan because it is washing and drying (about 500¥). Usually it's separate. Washing detergent is in there too so you don't need to buy one. There is a coffeemachine which is also making matcha 🫶 the mircowave is in 3rd floor which I found out the last day 😂 they cleaned the room every second day 👍

Pros: Questo hotel è davvero fantastico!! A circa un chilometro dalla metro di Asakusa la posizione è molto tranquilla e comoda per i mezzi e spostarsi all'interno di Tokyo. Colazione molto molto buona, con piatti sia giapponesi che internazionali. La camera è un po' piccola ma negli standard giapponesi. Il personale è stato molto gentile e parlava un ottimo inglese, per cui non abbiamo avuto problemi di comunicazione. Abbiamo anche usufruito della lavatrice e asciugatrice e di un erogatore di acqua, dal quale potevamo riempire gratuitamente le nostre borracce. Consigliamo questo posto.

Pros: La gente del hotel era súper amable, te lo explicaban todo súper claro, te ayudaban. No hemos tenido ningún problema, hemos estado muy agusto

The building seems old but clean, comfortable, and convenient

Pros: The bed was super comfortable (I like them firm as reference), the staff was helpful, they offered air purifier at request, clean, the pj they offered were comfortable, and the bus stop was right at front.

Cons: A bit of walk from the train station (10-15 min), the floor seemed old and the room was musty (air purifier helped).
