Olympic Inn Azabu

Location is perfect, definitely worth visiting.

Pros: The staff were incredibly kind and helpful. The entire place is very clean, and room service comes every day. There is also a vending machine at the entrance offering free items, which was a really nice touch. Overall, a great stay

Cons: The windows in the room couldn’t be opened, so it felt a bit stuffy when coming in from outside, but the AC solves that easily, so it’s not a big problem at all.

An excellent location with a good price and clean comfortable rooms. Would stay there again.

Pros: Hotel is excellently located within Azabu-Juban and a short 5 min walk from the metro station. Within walking distance to Tokyo Tower. Staff were friendly, helpful and spoke functional English. Lobby features a free drink vending machine ( in little cups) with an assortment of cold and hot beverages. Rooms were clean and standard Japanese business size and had comfortable mattresses and duvets with complimentary TV on-demand services (Japanese language only). Hotel also features a selection of pillows and a device to match your head with the pillow in the lobby which was neat.

Cons: No major complaints, just a few little things. Room had a newer air conditioning unit but it seemed to go into an ECO or standby mode at times ( would recirculate but not cool), so you would have to coax it back to life with a push of a button on the remote. Not a big issue, but as it was 28 degrees Celsius at night I'd wake up at 3 or 4 am and found it become a bit uncomfortably warm and would have to \

Good value for the money and the location was very nice and walkable.

Pros: The staff was friendly and when I did not know specific words or phrases they were able to use their English to fill the gap. The room and location were both good and the room was fairly clean.

Cons: The walls were a little thin so I felt uncomfortable talking on the phone late at night but this can’t be helped. Also cleaning under the bed more than once is always recommended. ;)

Excellent value for money in Tokyo

Pros: The value for money is excellent. The hotel staff are very nice. There is a beverage machine that you can use for free in front of the reception.

Cons: I expected, since we are in Tokyo, that there would be more restaurants around the hotel. I ended up getting dinner from 7 eleven :(.

A good location in Tokyo close to the Minato area. Well priced particularly during the holiday

Pros: It was clean and convenient to the places I needed to go. The free drinks machine was a bonus. The staff were pleasant.

Cons: The property was very satisfactory. The staff do not speak English but it was not a problem.

Pros: The staff were very polite and helpful. The building was modern and the room was perfect in any aspect. We experienced an earthquake during the night (4.20 am) and we felt extremely safe. All the objects we placed on the desk were in the same place after the oscillations. The hotel provides free drinks from their vendor machine which we loved so much. We also found pajamas and sleepers in our room.

Cons: The only downside was the windows, they were locked and it was not possible to open them. I can understand that it was for safety reasons, however we couldn't get some fresh air from the outside.

Pros: Close to public transport links, cleanliness and comfortable. Free hot and cold drinks machine at the reception area is the bonus as I always looking forward to after a long day out.

Pros: Very good location, 8 minutes walking away from the Azabu-juban Station. Close to key areas like Roppongi, Shiba Park, Tokyo Tower, atc.
