Great visit to a new and hip hotel

Pros: Great location, cool vibe and reasonably well appointed. I really enjoyed the bar the room.

Cons: The food offering was not at the same level as the rest of the hotel. But they ate new and seem to be working on all things at the hotel.

Modern hotel with great amenities

Pros: Great location near the metro station and roppongi hills, a lot of bars and restaurants nearby, the lounge and the 9th floor bar have great style, amazing drinks at the bar and nice view of tokyo tower

Cons: Nothing, everything was great

Perfect hotel for your Tokyo stay…couldn’t ask for much more

A cool spot, nicely designed and comfortable stay

Pros: Hotel was stylish, room size was a nice size for Japan, and was very clean and comfortable. We had a couple of families staying together and it was fabulous to have the rooftop bar, and reception areas (with pool table and lounges) to hang in or meet up. Reception were very helpful when we were trying to send on our ski gear up to our next destination or order taxis for early departures. Breakfast food and staff were really lovely. Location is wonderful! Easy to get to everywhere in Tokyo, but also in a little off the beaten track neighbourhood so it felt relaxed.

Cons: The beds in the kids rooms which were the double bed room, the beds were definitely small doubles and would be better if queen size, particularly to have two friends sharing.

Pros: Very stylish hotel and bedrooms Loved the complimentary evening drinks in the very cool lounge. Great location, many nearby restaurants near to Ropppongi

We loved our stay at The Lively.

Pros: Loved all the shared areas and the rooms were compact but well appointed. The breakfast was excellent and the happy hour and complimentary drinks and snacks in the lounge was appreciated.

Small stylish hotel in convenient location

Pros: Delicious breakfast, convenient location close to a meteo station and Tokyo Tower

Absolutely perfect.

Pros: The Lively has such wonderful decor, it’s a feast for the eyes in the downstairs bar and the top floor bar has wonderful views out and a really nice ambient feel. The room was really comfortable and the well laid out. As anywhere in Tokyo the rooms are quite small, but not a problem to fit two large suitcases. The breakfast in the morning was so lovely. The staff at the hotel were really accommodating and gave us a lovely bottle of fizz for our honeymoon. So kind. The location was perfect, as it’s in a really nice neighbourhood, which has a good mix of stuff around (restaurants, bars, shopping, convince stores), but it felt really chilled. Would definitely come back to stay again, which is rare for me to say, as I love to experience new hotels and places, but the Lively was so perfect I don’t think we would top it for the price.

Cons: The only thing we found strange was trying to find where breakfast was in the morning. The door you go through seems like you’re entering the kitchen through the back way.

Comfortable and practical, relaxed.

Pros: Location in the middle of Azabu Juban was great. The rooms were comfortable, a good size and well designed for use! Toilet was separate from the bathroom which I liked. Two bottles of mineral water for free every day. The staff was nice, helpful. Great lobby, with coffee, tea. Nuts.

Cons: Breakfast was a bit boring, the bread selection was not very good.

Pros: i like the lobby where we get to enjoy happy hour plus the billiards

Cons: most restaurants nearby close early
