Pros: Close to the subway station, making it easy to get around. From the hotel, you can walk to the Imperial Palace and Yasukuni Shrine to enjoy the scenery—especially during cherry blossom season, when the area around the Imperial Palace is absolutely stunning!

My stay at APA Hotel Tokyo Kudanshita was comfortable, convenient, and great value for the location,
Pros: I had a great experience staying at the APA Hotel Tokyo Kudanshita. The room was compact yet comfortable, with all the essentials provided and a clean, modern feel. The location is fantastic, with easy access to nearby subway stations, making it convenient to explore Tokyo. The hotel itself was well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and efficient. Everything was clean and tidy, offering a great place to rest after a busy day of sightseeing. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a well-located and affordable stay in Tokyo!
Cons: One downside was the room size, which was a bit on the smaller side, especially for those with larger luggage. Additionally, while the hotel is conveniently located, the surrounding area can be a little busy and noisy at times. However, these were minor issues and didn't impact the overall experience too much.

Pros: The bathroom, although small, was very clean and comfortable to use, especially the toilet. The room in general was well planned out, making the most of the space.

Pros: I absolutely love the stay at the hotel, don’t belive all those bad reviews because I was about not to book this place because of them. Cheaper than others APA hotels (actually located in the same streets) staff was super polite, and they do speak a little bit English so you will be fine. The room was great, just what you need, yes is small but most hotels are in Japan, and just keep in mind this APA hotels are for business travelers. I got breakfast included and was delicious, some one in the reviews said “is just fish” well… you are in Japan and the traditional breakfast yes contain fish, but you have 3 times to choose and miso pork to, every breakfast includes rice, miso soup, and thee sides, absolutely delicious. Super clean. Location is perfect, super close to everything. Definitely coming back at this place. They also provide yukata (Japanese traditional pj) love that.

First solo trip to Japan
Pros: Close to shops like 7/11 and Family Mart, cafes, restaurants, metro stations, Tokyo Dome is about 15 min walk. There was a washing machine and dryer on the first floor near reception that takes ¥100 coins or you can scan the QR code, download the app and pay online. The room was great, service was excellent and staff were really nice.
Cons: I couldn’t fault the property at all.

Pros: We liked the fact that the AC wasn’t positioned directly to the bed in the room. location was good too, with shops and restaurants nearby Room was clean The ladies at the reception were very kind and helpful
Cons: No view from the room window If sleeping with the window open, at around 8am everyday we had a cooking/food smell coming to our room (from the breakfast restaurant I think which was a bit unpleasant) maybe the ventilation could be fixed
