Ginza Capital Hotel Moegi

Great stay for families.

Pros: Simple check in and check out. The rooms were clean and staff very friendly. Location was great. Close to train stations and easy to get to.

Pros: The most important thing for us was the option of late check-in since we arrived to Tokyo in the middle of the night. However, everything was nice - nice and pleasant staff, clean rooms with spacious bathroom and we loved pajamas that were prepared and waiting for us 😄

Cons: The only thing was the light that couldn't (or we didn't fined an option how) be switched off unless the card was taken out.

Pros: Good location, very near metro. Not far to walk to restaurants, felt very safe and friendly neighbourhood. Hotel was clean and tidy, staff were helpful and friendly

Cons: Room is on the small side, especially the bathroom. But it did have good facilities so wasn't too bad and can definitely cope with for a few days

Comfortable stay in quiet location that's closer to Tsukiji than shopping/dining areas of Ginza.

Pros: Good sized rooms, great housekeeping staff, comfortable stay. One member of lobby staff was particularly helpful when I was requesting luggage delivery services (reminding me that there are two different buildings and helping make sure I had given the correct address)

Cons: Though located in Ginza, it was a bit far from the action. It's much closer to Tsukiji market than the shopping and dining areas of Ginza. The lobby is also very small with no business centre or any other area where I could take a personal call.

Was nice to spend last two days Tokyo in such a nice hotel

Pros: Well positioned hotel next to the station and good size rooms, great value for money.

Good Hotel and good location

Pros: Very clean room, staff friendly, good location near metro station.

Cons: Everything was fine.

Pros: We stayed from 2 to 6 Oct 2026. We left our luggage with the hotel for 2 nights to head to Mount Fuji. When we returned back to the city, we continued to stay at Ginza Capital Hotel Moegi for another 3 nights. At my earlier review for my stay from 2 to 6 Oct at this hotel, I missed out mentioning that we were also given fresh towels everyday. We loved the fact that the hotel also provided luggage storage for people like us who visited other places at a minimum charge. Please also note that there many good eateries around the area as well. All within walking distance.

A great an comfortable stay

Pros: I like the location of the hotel. It is very close to Tsukiji Market and the Tsukiji subway which is well connected to other subway. The bed is very comfortable. The housekeeper changed our beddings, pyjamas, bedroom slippers and toothbrushes everyday.

Modern hotel and good value for money

Pros: Modern hotel with a big enough room and ammenities

Cons: There was no closet space and the bathroom was quite small
