Perfect for a budget trip with friends
Pros: Just imagine our party of 4 friends bunking in one single room that fits all of us perfectly. The beds were very comfy and one member of the group who slept on the sofa bed also found it very nice. The front staff were warm and helpful but never intrusive. The breakfast was top notch in terms of taste and variety fuelling us for a long day of walking. The onsen was compact but did its job perfectly.

Brilliant customer service and very friendly staff.
Pros: It was clean, the bed was comfy, and had all the amenities I needed. Also room was bigger than I was expecting. And the breakfast in the morning was great as well as free drinks at night.

Pros: Breakfast was very good - lots of food choices and drinks to choose from. Location was superb - lots of eateries near the hotel and it's very near the train station.
Cons: The bedsheets are a bit of a challenge as it always comes off the mattress, but that is a small matter. It would have be great if the breakfast time was slightly longer, instead of ending at 9am.

Pros: Breakfast was very good - lots of food to choose from, drinks too. Location was perfect, very near the train station and lots of shops and eateries everywhere - and a big supermarket not far from the hotel.
Cons: We couldn't access the hotel's wifi in our hotel room during the entire duration of our stay at the hotel. We could access it at other areas inside the hotel, but not our room. We spoke to a staff about this, but there was nothing that could be done. So that was the only thing that we were disappointed in - other than that, we were very happy staying at your hotel.

Pros: I loved the onsen!! They really offer you everything, shampoo, masks, conditioner, toothbrush and even pyjamas. The onsen is really nice and quiet and is perfect for a pre-sleep routine. I also loved the breakfast, as there were many sweet and savoury options, although mostly Japanese style food. The pillow seemed strange at first, but I got used to it incredibly fast. The staff is also great. Thank you all for the great work!
Cons: Canβt think about anything.

Pros: The hotel was convenently located, had cute onsen and lobby. The coctail happy hours was also very nice and so was breakfast.
Cons: The only downside is that we did not know we are supposed to book parking in advance. However, hotel stuff helped us to find one nearby.

A cosy and convenient stay with great value, perfect for easy access to the train station.
Pros: Simple and comfortable hotel with excellent value for money. I loved the selection of pillows, which made the stay extra cosy. The location is fantastic, just steps away from the train station.
Cons: The room is quite small, which may feel a little tight if you have large luggage. That said, it was still very functional and well thought out.

Pros: Location, could access everywhere we needed to go by train. Station one was 4 minutes walk other was 10 minutes plenty of food places nearby. Microwave in dining area to heat your 711 food. Convenience stores are on just about every corner and some. It had every toiletry item available as well as PJ's and slippers. Free drinks every evening was a bonus as was breakfast. Breakfast was basic to start the day, cereal and croissants for us but there was Asian food as well. I found the Beds comfortable, room was small but was expected. We had 3 people in room beds were together so had to separate so we didn't have to climb over each other when needing to go to bathroom. Bathroom was small but that is how it is in Japan Was wheelchair friendly, had lifts
