Pros: Room and bathroom was more spacious than usual japan hotels. Some staff spoke English which was very helpful. All staff were friendly and welcoming. We very much enjoyed our stay and it was at an an affordable price. Thank you!

Cons: The hotel was abit far from central meaning more and longer train rides however, it was 2 minutes walk from the station which somewhat made up for it.

Pros: perfect location（20min to shinjuku/shibuya）friendly staffs, spacious room with modern design, featuring with advanced equipment. They offer both self laundry service and full-service. Coins needed in self washers can be exchanged in a machine in the lobby，which is convenient.

Pros: Everything was amazing. From the staff, to the facilities, to the location 2 minutes walking to akabane station. Breakfast was a typical japanese buffet, we loved everything.

Pros: The staff are fantastic and so welcoming. They helped us with multiple things during our stay and their kindness was really appreciated. The room was good and had everything we needed. The location is really fun in Akabane with lots of Izakaya's and restaurants walking distance from the hotel. You are also only a short ride on the JR lines to all parts of Tokyo. Get yourself to the Koenji and Shimokitazawa areas as they are great fun and not full of tourists like Shinjuku and Shibuya.

Our second visit, and can be more to come

Pros: Akabane station has easy access to both west and east tokyo. We can also go to saitama and omiya in 15 mins. To reach the hotel, go to south gate, take east exit and just walk straight for 100 meters. there is a hotel's backdoor just beside a car parking slot. For check-in process, luckily the receptionist had an india female who can speak english fluently. This is our 2nd visit, and both our check-ins are handled by her. Lucky! The check-out process is really simple, just insert our room keycards into the machine, and off we go. The hotel room is spacious enough to open our luggage. We've had both smaller and bigger room than this, so we are not complaining. The housekeeping did a satisfying job in cleaning hair strands and washing/replacing the glasses. Free amenities provided at the lobby is also quite complete. Perhaps add face mask?

Cons: The trouser presser in the room has 2 small iron bars protruding at the narrow hallway. They hit our back/waist once every few days. It quite hurt. Can you do something about it please? The pillows are kind of flat. Maybe the hotel can provide options for different kinds of pillows. This one not really a big disappointment. The hotel is undergoing a renovation on some floors. So the lift interior is covered with safety barriers and a few times we have to wait for next lift because the workers are occupying it. It would be great if the hotel mentioned this before/when we book the hotel online. Luckily the renovation is not producing loud noises
