Overall great hotel

Pros: Very convenient system of taking amenities whenever needed and included in the stay, so no need to pay for that every time you take something. Towel was changed every single day. Staff was exceptionally great, provided help whenever needed.

Everything was great!

Pros: Perfect location. It was amazing to see the Shinkansen right outside the window!

Cons: The cleaning routine. I stayed for 4 nights, and there was a rule for cleaning every 3 nights. I thought it was too much.

Overall, we loved our stay in Hotel Wing. The staffs are friendly and can communicate in English well.

Pros: They have lots of amenities like free water, coffee/tea, hot cocoa for their customers. Also, their location is very near to JR train station which was very convenient for us in going to other places. In addition, they have Lawson and a grocery store right next to their property . Moreover, there are lots of stores that are walking distance from our hotel, such as the following: shoes store, Don Quijote, KFC, etc Finally, our room is a bit more spacious than the last time we stayed in the previous hotel in Tokyo

Cons: There’s not enough washing machine/dryer, and need to have a time management to wash your clothes. But still okay.

Pros: For a Japanese hotel, the room was pleasantly spacious, and the in-room air purifier was a great touch. The service was warm and professional, and the bed was comfortable. We slept very well. The desk in the room was a good size and easy to use with small luggage and personal items. The complimentary drinks and refreshments in the lobby were lovely, and the amenities selection was one of the best I’ve seen; it was nice to be able to pick what we needed without feeling watched. Daily towel changes felt luxurious and the full room cleaning on the third day was outstanding. Returning to such a beautifully refreshed room genuinely felt like stepping into a new hotel room. I’ve stayed here before, and once again, I can fully recommend this hotel.

Cons: The only downside is that the hotel is not fully non-smoking. Cigarette smell was noticeable in the elevator and some hallway areas and strong fragrances seem to be used to mask it. Thankfully, the air purifiers in the rooms work very well, so the smell did not affect the room itself. It would be wonderful if the property became completely smoke-free in the future.

Pros: Location was very convenient for easy access to public transportation as well as local restaurants to try different cuisine.

Cons: If you are staying in the hotel on longer horizon, breakfast gets very repetitive. However, taste is very good, just would recommend them to have some changes per day.

If I’m ever back in Tokyo I’ll stay here again due to the convince of the hotels location and standards.

Wonderful hotel and close to station

Pros: I loved this hotel, the room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I loved the warm toilet seat! Also it was nice coming back after sightseeing and having drinks available. The area that the hotel is in is very interesting as it’s in a local area so there are few tourists. It has hidden bank streets full of restaurants and a local shrine close by. The train station was super handy too. Only 2 mins walk from the hotel. I can thoroughly recommend this hotel and if I go back up Tokyo I will definitely stay there again. Only two stops from Tokyo station.
