Excellent stay in Hotel Park Avenue in Kinshicho

Pros: It was very comfortable. The staff were helpful and always available. I was convenient to Kinshicho station. I really enjoyed my stay.

Pros: The property was homey with a nice atmosphere. The staff were very welcoming, friendly and accommodating and always at the front desk ready to greet you with a smile whether you were going out or coming back in. The location was excellent, it was supper close to a train station, shopping centres or food shops. It was also supper quiet despite being in a busy area.

Great value for money in Tokyo

Pros: This hotel is a great value for money! Initially I was sceptical as reviews were not high grade, now honestly I can’t understand why and I can’t recommend it more. Sterling clean, they clean the room every day and change your kimono (which they provide for sleeping) Staff is super super nice! Location is great too, 5min from the tube, 1min to a big mall, 15min to the Skytree and park in front. There is fresh complimentary coffee and cookies every morning. Facilities are a bit older, but all is dully functional, clean and for me it was even more interesting as some things are traditional. I would definitely stay here again, felt super safe and comfortable!

Large rooms, calm area

Pros: Very large room for Tokyo standards. Proper toilet with tub. Nice chairs and small table. Lights can be dimmed.

Cons: Uncomfortable mattress, not super close to a metro. Price was high, but because of the weekend and full occupancy.

Pros: The hotel is located in a peaceful quiet area of Tokyo, that is walking distance to malls, supermarkets and restaurants and a train station. Very clean and comfortable rooms, the hotel staff were very friendly. Great hotel

Pros: Staff is super kind, friendly and welcoming! The location is very nice too: a quite neigborhood close to a park, and a couple of train stops from Akihabara.

Blast from the past with friendly service

Pros: Amazingly friendly staff. They let us leave our luggage there for a few hours after check out and gave us souvenirs when we left. The room itself was a blast from the past with all the necessities one needs from a hotel room. There is also a coin laundry machine and dryer in the hotel. Location is amazing as there is a sports center, mall with an arcade, and station very near.

Cons: Bed could've been softer.

Would love to visit again

Pros: This is the place to stay if you want a real feel for the warmth & charm of Tokyo & its people instead of a cold impersonal hotel. The owners & staff make you feel like part of their family and give wonderful support in every need of your visit ex. tours.& transportation. They speak enough English. Perfect location 7 minutes walk from Kinshicho station , excellent service. nearby shops restaurant, malls and convenient stores make it a perfect place to stay . I had an easy and comfortable stay. Nice and clean rooms, toilet and beddings.

Cons: Wifi was not good.
